just go to kucoin and sell it, i don't think another exchange will have a good performance.
i mean, for example , coinsbit also have a pair kick/btc , but for now, coinsbit have a many problem, even possiblity that exchange is a scam exchange.
so i just suggest to sell it on kucoin. sell it to eth if u think price of btc pairs is really dissapointment , then sell that eth to btc.

Just go onto one of those exchanges deposit your token and sell for bitcoin. Again I dont know if that is the same thing as what token you have
