i use google's blogger, you can easily make website there and its free.

You should include Weebly too, Weebly are very good web hosting site and easy to use too

But they don't have softalicious or some other software like that to easily install wordpress, etc. Even it has problems with myphpadmin many a times !always delete my sites... dont trust them

Yeah correctly said. I added my site to a PTC (Paid to Click) and within 1 hour i got about 1000 visitors. My free hosting could not handle it as the maximum bandwidth was exceeded ! But some of the free hosting are even ad-free !

These are great but it may be easier just to spend the 10 bucks to host your own site. It's way more customizable and you aren't restricted to what type of content you share.
