Though really, I doubt gambling casinos would risk opening their businesses at the current state of things. I don't know about others, but the government here has already stated that other than stores that sell goods (snacks, sanitizers, medicine, etc.) that are used every day, every other store should close down temporarily, at least until the quarantine is over. Must say though, that it's a good decision by them to make that kind of order official. At least, the possible spread could be lessened. Though it wasn't an official order, at least they have stated their stand on it.

When you are under the influence of drugs or you are drunk, you will be aggressive and therefore your decision is coming from your emotion which is very bad for a gambler, and most of the time you will lose because it's your emotion that is dictating your instead of your mind which would create the strategy, your only chance on winning if you do this is when you are extremely lucky, which does not happen most of the time.
But all of the things that you provided to us for the traditional casino not in online casino. But because most of countries in the world temporary closed casino or any gambling activities because of the virus so the player who see this thread can apply only after the lockdown if they go to the casino place.

I strictly follow the mentioned rules even if you just posted here for fun. It is all about controlling yourself, otherwise, that day can be a lifesuc*er. There are a lot of ways to ruin life in the casinos but the online casinos are the safest places to avoid such behaviors.

I think the OP is just being sarcastic about it but thought there are still people who will do those things. It depends on the character of the person. There are individuals who enjoy doing those things mentioned just for fun but there are others who prefer to mind their own business. But since most casinos are shutdown everywhere, you can't do anything much for now. Unless, you go to online gambling websites, which, we actually have a lot here.
With respect to the current situation of Corona outbreak, I cannot imagine about visiting a casino. Our government is insisting about being isolated within home even by neglecting emergency/necessary reasons for going out. Moreover, all the casinos and all public services are shut down by this time in my country. So, online gambling is the only thing possible for me right now. I appreciate your other points which should be avoided in a casino.

This kind of advice is beneficial at all times. Because merely considering only the present times, the situation is at worst and what we should do as of now is to stay at home. But the advice you've provided I think should be applied at all times. Maybe smoking something illegal should not be tolerated even if we aren't gambling at all.
Why not try to play online? There are many gambling sites that provide the same feeling and satisfaction as what casino's could provide. In that case, you can do whatever you want, and without the risk of being infected, as well as breaking the rules set by your country.

I don't know where you live and what kind of casino exist over there, but kinda sounds like you live on a really messed up location and the place is really dangerous.
Whatever you mentioned over there are punishable offence. You would probably get kicked out from the casino as soon as they suspect or annoyed by your behaviour.

As i remember, it's maximum distance is around 4.5 meters and it can survive outside a body for 4 days. But i don't think it can travel "in seconds".
So if the government of Monaco is well informed about COVID-19 then the best solution for it is to close those gambling establishments since there are already many positives on covid-19 in that area.

It's clearly only a joke, dude. No one would playing or gambling while they already know if they are close with people got infected covid19. I miss the traditional casinos, I remember having attended in some just for fun. I wasn't looking to make money just to experience some gambling halls.

The fun part (without considering profit/loses) is probably why some will keep coming despite being in serious loses.
I really don't think difficult-to-win games in casinos should be too fancy/attractive.
