You nailed it and I hope newbies will understand before posting.

A simple as that, don't interact on a topic that you don't know, it's a cause of spamming if you will let yourself keep posting even you don't contribute any. It's better to give an idea and suggestion that didn't repeatedly share on the thread and as the topic creator should always remember to lock the topic once you have satisfied by the most replies.

Many people create new threads when they come to the forum. In fact, they should think about why the forum was created. Where to post what. If there are any rules of the forum.I want to post the topic whether it already exists. You should search the forum.If not, you should search from Google. Then if you don't find it, create a topic. Before creating the topic, you have to think whether it is outside the direction of the forum. Then you should create a topic. This will increase the beauty of the forum.

Good advice newbies are always quick to create threads and leave it idle to spam. I think the major reason for this is the belief that the only way to get merits is to create personal threads, thus we see long threads created by newbies especially in beginners & help

Some people are not ready to think before posting, some will think but only what they will think about is how to plagiarize successfully without anyone knowing, some newbies only want to be a bounty hunter having only shit post history and intentionally continuing posting shits.
