Today,I think there are powerful fundamental factors to keep the market as high as it is now,Despite the fact, there are problems wich aren't unresolved,So I think if you can to keep your earnings it will be the best solution in this situation,but also its important to realize future influences on this sphere,such as social policy decisions,despite this I repeat once again that selling is not the best decision in this situation because everyone sees a great potential of blockchain technologies.

Let us not the exaggerate the situation more that what it is. Eventually bitcoin is down just 10 percent and that is perfectly normal in any market. As far as we don't do panic selling, it will recover soon. If you are worrying too much, try to be far from checking market for some time.

Why are you selling it now when it's only 12k USD? You could have sold it when it was 14k~15k. I don't understand why you are risking your bitcoin with the decision taken by the Chinese government. And the decision has not been approved by the Chinese government now. Exactly, cryptocurrency will exist without China, I'm sure for that.
So, you should have to hodl your coin, and if you don't have money fiat you can exchange some your bitcoin. Wait by next month the price will be increase again.
