The only way to know when a pump is going to happen is be a whale yourself, and be inside a group of whales that coordinate their wealth to pump a relatively small marketcap coin. Other than that... you must have insider information of some sort. There's no other way around it, the rest is only speculation.

You are right some will loose. but the loosers will be after ico the one which dont have the tokens to get the pumps to know ;-)

ICO's might get users the opportunity to become rich. One thing that user needs to be rich through ICO is a good investment capital. If that's possible then user can easily make a better profiting investing on the presale and trading on getting listed to the exchange.
