Just stay calm and wait for the market to recover. I am not experiencing such times for the first time and I don't see it as tragic at the moment. If things continue as before, the market will recover one day and prices will rise again. So it was the last times and I think it will be again. The times of falling prices are not nice, but only those who do not give up now will benefit from the next price increase.  Wink

Yes, once these images are put longer, you will find that the volatility we are experiencing is now negligible compared to the big cycle. Just because we look at the market every day, we will have the illusion of a bitcoin crash,we should see farther places.

Recently, I have been seeing a small spike in the number of posts about bitcoin prices. Most of them seem to be out of fear bitcoins end.

But I think bitcoin will survive. Here is why I think so.

First let's take a quick look at the price charts.

Now the prices for BTC is depicted for a day. Seems like BTC is falling fast right?

Now let's look at another image.

Now this is the price chart of BTC for a month. Doesn't look that great does it. I mean the prices were volatile and seem to now be falling.

Lets take a look a the last image.

In this image can you spot the fall that easily?
Not really. It does look highly volatile. But then the prices seems to be stabilizing. The spikes seem to be reducing and there seems to be consistency.
The thing is we have looked at bitcoin up close and that's why we say things like:

Bitcoin prices are falling

Bitcoin down by 20%

Is this the end for Bitcoin

But when we start looking at the bigger picture. We can see that bitcoin has come a long way and the price chart if seen up close might show a trend towards the end. But sometimes the bigger picture needs to be seen. Don't panic bitcoin still has a lot left. It will keep fighting.

If not the price chart. Think about the fact that countries like the US and India have noticed bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and have planned to provide a verdict. I will admit that it has been delayed but the mere fact that the SEC in the US and the Supreme court in India are providing a verdict means bitcoin might just be a step closer to becoming a global currency.
At least it keeps the Hope alive.

This is just my opinion. I would really like to know about yours.
If I am wrong please prove it to me.
I am always happy to learn more.

Of course this is not the end of bitcoin, there is still the time to the price to boom in the future. Today as we can check on the movement on the price, we can notice the price is going down, I am not afraid of it instead for me this is the best time to buy for bitcoin and hold until the price will recover in order to have huge profit.

Agreed, it certainly is not end of for bitcoin.  Just an extended discounted sale period.  If conventional trading platform and systems are anything to guy, then we must understand that price fluctuation essentially comes with the territory.  What goes down must come up again IMO, my only concern is the number of people that may have quite crypto in the past year for various reasons.  Most especially the guys that have gone all in at near BTC's ATH and now find themselves to have thousands of dollars.
I believe, markets will recover eventually.

Suppose, 2018 will be later called the worst year for the crypto market. I sympathize all of the fellows, who lost their money during this period (I am also one of these guys). Hope for the best still.

Wow.. i think that the way that you explain is gonna make everybody stay on bitcoin. came on, this is ridiculous.

We all know that bitcoin is gonna be in here for years, but the price is not gonna be $1,000,000 like many people thought.

bitcoin won't end that easily, it's just a graph to see the increase in bitcoin in the future. so this is not the end of bitcoin believe me and stay in bitcoin.

Crypto currencies can not eliminated now but some time time is very hard for that so we can say that this is not the end of bitcoin and for me crypto is very lucky and important because this is the real money and being crypto investors i think crypto market is expanding in the world and this is not the end if market is down still users are using it beside this price it's value is important to me.

BTC price is down now to 4.3K USD, Do you think many investors now are panicking and selling their bitcoin for low prices? Or Is this the time of the year to buy more bitcoins and wait for the next bull run?
Today bitcoin price is $4.3k. Really now bitcoin price is very low. I think this is the right time to buy bitcoin. I believe many investors are doing so. So it is not means bitcoin is ending.

these charts you posted seem strangely familiar Cheesy
last time we had such stability phase and people were getting anxious we had a very similar situation with a lot of FUD and panic sell that pushed the price about 30% below that stable line before it bounced back up again and started the rally.

people were panicking and calling bitcoin dead the same way back then too! in a sense nothing has changed.

I think most have lost hope and all belief that this market is changing any time soon.
It's a good sign that everyone is so despondent, it is getting rather boring I am shutting down the app on the 15th December to 10 Jan. Not even gonna check prices and have a good break from it

I still remember the price of bitcoin last 2016. The price today is really big than the price on that said year. So we don't rely need to be afraid, even if the bitcoin is really on the huge dip it is still gave a great price. Maybe we only need to hold to avoid lossing because i believe that after this dip a new history of crypto may come on this crypto history.

this makes perfect sense after a few months ago the market was on a sideaway at a static price. to invest, use this method by looking at the bigger picture. in fundamental terms I don't know what is happening. Huh Huh

Yes, i think bitcoin will survive too, this is not the end of btc indeed. Bitcoin would end long ago if it could not surviving from the past until now.
You cannot say bitcoin will dead just because the price falling. Btc is crypto, it has a volatile price in the market and the other cryptocurrencies are volatile as well. The given chart of bitcoin price show us, how volatile is the btc price through the years.
Bitcoin is indeed one of the high-risk investments, because the price fluctuates very quickly. It even surprised the observers, until it was likened to a bubble because the price had reached almost 20,000 USD in December 2017. After that the price continued to fall until now in the range of 4360 USD. But I am optimistic that prices will increase, because bitcoin has been tested and this is not the end of bitcoin. I believe it.

We will survive through this, we have been in worst situation a lot of times but bitcoin did recover.
Don't think that it's majority of the people are dumping their tokens, these are just the whales trying to shake the market so they can take
advantage on buying cheap coins, don't get affected to this.

Totally agree with you.
I think most newbies (even someone who has been trading 6-12months) see this price action and gets fed up and sell off.
The most resilient and patient hodlers know how to push through these bear market periods and the savvy traders are happy to see that volatility is back finally.
Actually Hodlers does nothing when the bear is around but to stay hodling

Pushing the market will brings you only another risk of losses thats why better stay off and just wait for the recovery as we have really no choice but to wait

But just like what majority of us says, this is not the end of bitcoin instead were just only started
yeah, i also still believe that bitcoin will not end because every big drop will have a bigger increase when all this will happen but i will still believe it, be patient is still the key.
