This time it's different!

Had to say it. 😂

Grin There are a couple of differences - short selling exists now, which didn't then. And back then it was making new highs for the first time - this time round, there will be people who bought at those highs and then painfully held on hoping the price would go back up. They'll sell for small profits just to relieve the anxiety they have been feeling for the last two years.

If and when we reach 1000, I expect a massive sell pressure, it will push down price to 700 easily.

my view $800 is peak when halving will happen. after that I do not know whether prices will continue to rise or fall.

Of course. But at this point people stare themselves blind on the increasing price. Everything else doesn't matter. The question is..... When will this forming bubble pop? My guess is shortly after the block halving.

I wouldnt dare put a price or a time on it.

But obviously, if u aint already long, then getting long here is extremely dangerous.

The big players who have pumped this market will have their targets for sure, at which point they stop pumping, and let Joe Public have as much fucking Bitcoin as his greedy little face can swallow.

It is never different. It is always the same. $64K question is, how high 'they' think they can pump this.

Heading into TYKZ now...and then a couple of hours after that, Shanghai starts trading......I would have though that there is gonna have to be some investment funds sitting on a Bitcoin position who are gonna pounce on this.....this is probably why the Bitcoin Cowboys chose the weekend to conduct their ramping operations.....big boys aren't playing. Offices are all closed.

Maybe we're surrounded by super willies? Not that I really care all that much. Original Willy was fun while it lasted.

Who needs Willies while we have super sized Chinese exchanges with huge stakes in the mining industry. They will drive the price up to benefit their mining operations. Smiley

You do of course realise, that all the money that they plough into ramping Bitcoin, they will get back, with lots and lots more besides?

Why?

If we break $800 I see no stop until $1200 at least.

4k would not be hard, then

A bit of pause as some cash out for short term profit taking. Will we see $700 soon?

It has already reached $700 in China so it is coming to be the same plot as in 2013 when it surged up and past $1000 price in no time.
So buckle up, I think this is the real thing.
Get those flying rocket ship too the moon pics ready guys. Cheesy

When btc went from 120 to 1200. In Sep'2013, btc was $120, by late November it was $1200. All thanks to China. The bubble then was unbelievable. I'm starting to get the same feeling again. Go, China, go!
I'm feeling exactly the same way. I was kind of a bystander back in 2013, just watching the price go up and up and up. This does feel exactly like that, and we know how it ended then.  And the worst thing you can say in any market is that "This time it's different."

So I'm not buying or selling right now, just watching.

Parabolic market action like this can only end one way.

Really should know better by now, cos there has not been one single Bitcoin primary move, that has not ended with a great big fkn pop, up, or down.....

....but to be fair to myself, I always did believe in this...I just wanted to see a correction before I took a further position.....correction never quite materialised.
