This is the expectations of many users of eth that price will possibly increase by end of this year. Yes if not this year maybe next year thatwill something good to happen in this project. With the eth upgrade we could see the jump of price in the market. Let’s see as I’m excited for ethereum once eth upgrade occur.

a misslook is what happened on eth because who would have though that eth will catch and follow up in btc when its price are merely not moving last time , checking the price of eth later on people got shock on what they saw because eth just climb up fast and now eyes are glued again ln eth and to btc too of course .

Yeah majority of the people in market now are just looking at bitcoin as this hit almost 16k dollar value recently.
but they are not checking the performance and the progress of ethereum platform.
I am a ETH supporter as same as Bitcoin so i need to watch them both and now?i did add some new volume of ETH in 300$ but now as this climbed 450$ meaning i already profit and waiting for more as the version 2 is coming soon.

The usual price behaviour of ETH and most of the Altcoins is to pump right after BTC pumps, With or without good updates on ETH. The good progress on ETH V2.0 might give a mild boost on ETH its not got gonna give a huge impact just like you are describing. All eyes of traders are on BTC right now and once over, the momentum will be back again on DeFi. A successful release of V2.0 might give a huge impact on the price but this kind of update is not that much hype nowadays.

Yeah But Mild Boost only as this has nothing to do In price speculation for ETH the 2.0 version since there are existing fork Ethereum.
I am also looking for Ethereum bullying since i have good amount in my pocket but willing ti wait even if it takes till next year.
But about the Defi Oversold Coins?well it is the situation will tell and not us.

It has an amazing run but $1k for this year won't come. It's what I can see for Ethereum. We don't have ample time to see Ethereum going back to $1k.
Might come next year or two. But looking at the 24 hours movement of Ethereum, very good to see that it also moves as bitcoin but not a lot in price but at least there's movement.

The bullish flag on ETH chart indicates the continuation of uptrend on ETH but I can't see the same trading patterns on altcoin charts. The situation is totally different for the altcoins and ETH can push the price of the total marketcap of altcoin markets.

The answer could be yes it's for ethereum or it's not as ethereum 2.0 is still pure a speculative update. Ethereum needs to bring something like what has done by bitcoin.
There must be a strong reason for ethereum to be pumped so hard like bitcoin. Massive adoption by the companies and ethereum must also be used as store of value too.
1k looks impossible to be reached as we have only less than 2 months to enter the new year.
I believe ethereum will touch $500 and it's impossible thing to see ethereum to get a pump until 1k before the end of this year.
We are not yet even touching the zero phase of ethereum 2.0

$ 1k is too high compared to the money being poured into the market at this time. But I have to agree with you that Ethereum is about to have a price breakout in the coming days.
Ethereum 2.0 will launch in December of this year soon, and by then the buying power will be quite strong by the whales. This is also a good opportunity for us to speculate on ETH to make a profit.

We shoult wait until all of updates that will come in ethereum 2.0 will have done. I can't even believe it will happen when there's not a good news about ethereum that can attract people to pump it.
This is the time for ethereum to get a gradual increase to follow the implementation of ethereum 2.0 but it will not be so big as already expected before.
1k looks so difficult to be achieved at the end of this year.
