Those new investors are asking because they are not sure of what they are doing. And it results to asking on where it is time to buy. But with what you said that bitcoin prices are always increasing, no it is not always increasing. That's why there are times that we are going through dips / corrections and that's the thing that these new investors are scared of. Invest what you can afford to lose and any time you can invest but it's better if you'll do it now.

I think with the bitcoin price movement up and the current turunya, it would not hurt if we buy on the down even very small, and sell it when the price rises though not too high from what you buy, the Important is always active, rather than waiting long to search big profits, small but sure. Yes,I totally agree with you.It is surely a right time to buy Bitcoin because a drop has been seen in the price of Bitcoin this week .It's current price is approximately 14100$ which is round about 5000$ lower than it's all time high value.So it will be a wise decision to take this drop as an opportunity to buy some more Bitcoin's so that we can sell more number of Bitcoin's at higher prices in future to earn more amount of profit.
With the current price reduction on bitcoin is certainly a good opportunity to buy bitcoin as an investment, but it doesn't seem to last as I'm sure after the turn of the year bitcoin price will increase again. And surely we do not want to miss this nice moment just by monitoring and viewing charts of price movements on bitcoins.
It actually is. In my opinion, after the slight drop of price in the Christmas season, bitcoin will have it's come back and it's gonna be more stronger and it's value will be going up more that it is before. The reason for this is for me, upon entering the first quarter of 2018, people who sold their Bitcoins before christmas to use the money will buy again back on what's left to their cash. And then, those who missed the opportunity of investing last year will grab it this year and bitcoins is one of the top list to invest in.
Yeah this is really the time to buy, it already drops as what big investors wants to happen so they can put again another amount of their investment. For sure we can see another ATH's next year so this is the chance.
