Hi Wayne, I hope you don't condone this kind of work ethics? That's why I say never used EMS, yes never used EMS. They are very rough and don't give a shit what is inside the box!! Always used DHL, Fedex or UPS, no exception to this rule and insists on them.
Of course, I don't know how DHL, Fedex or UPS works. Should be better.
