Even though he tried to extortion money, I was looking at the account history. And It does seem what he says is true. Both accounts are from Serbia pureelite and Joca97 , and the message posted in op do point out further that they are alts. But he is wrong about the ban evasion as it existed before, however one more thing I have doubt about.
That's an awful specific thing to make a rule about, I can think of a few times I've seen it and haven't taken action (not everything is about sig spam, though it seems to be these days) So that specifically isn't against the rules no, but in general it's not a good practice to engage in if you want to avoid being labeled a spammer, particularly if you have ads in your signature.
I won't be used as a tool for extortionists or enable that sort of behavior, so I'll excuse it, though this should be taken as a warning.
there is no need to start blackmailing on the forum simply because you assume a few accounts are alts. Ive been a follower of Jocas gambling thread and hes built up quite some reputation over the time ... Blackmailing is never the right thing to do no matter what condition your under, i dont know if you have debts or other financial commitments but the evidence here shows plain and clearly that your attempting to blackmail Joca
