Did she say the reseller's name is abull[dot]com (it's in the few first seconds of the second video)? I'm not sure I got the name correctly, but if it's an official reseller, I would imagine that Ledger could be held accountable?
It is hard to understand the website where she said she bought the ledger wallet which mean the story maybe cook up by her, we don't know the third party seller and she never show to the world her lawsuit paper. Besides, I don't trust the lady statement after she twisted the whole conversation into the idea of increasing her Youtube video view for monetization purpose which I believe is the main reason of her story from the beginning.

I find a lot of mystery in her story. If you watch some of her other videos regarding this case of XRP disappearing from her Ledger wallet, you will notice that she isn't overly a tech-savvy person. There is also a subtle hint of conspiracy theory present, like the detail that the coins were transferred precisely at 9:11 AM, and that is something she considers significant. Also, she holds the belief that she might be a targeted individual by the government.  Cool

I do not know, it just seems like a lot of these YouTubers and wannabe influencers make up stuff to get more famous and more views on their channels. Feels like this could be one of those situations.

She said she bought from Bull (dot) com but I couldn't find any shop by that name on Ledger's official reseller list. What I found is that there is an official reseller in the Netherlands called bol (dot) com https://www.ledger.com/reseller . She only mentioned the name of the shop and did not share the website link. She clearly said she purchased from a third party, so I think she didn't purchase the ledger from official resellers, she purchased the ledger from a bad actor. Ledger is not supposed to be responsible here unless it is an official reseller.
If she did not purchase it from an official ledger reseller then it's not any fault of ledger and they can not be held responsible and even if she is not an experienced crypto-currency enthusiast in real life you should be aware that it's best to buy from the direct source than black market or elsewhere.

Another point is I don't know how genuine some of this people are but some just want to trend and create a buzz for themselves with stories .

A lady crypto holder is complaining that her Ledger wallet was hacked and she lost thousands of XRP. She's not that experienced with crypto, she says it herself. First, if you check her various videos, you will understand that Ledger wallet hacking is very common, but if you watch her other videos, you will understand that she purchased Ledger from a third party reseller. She doesn't share her secret phrase with anyone but even after she gets hacked, that leaves a big possibility that her ledger might have been tampered with by the reseller. But she is blaming ledger where the biggest mistake was made by her when she bought ledger wallet from third party.

So crypto users should be more careful in purchasing Ledger wallet. How important it is to always buy from the official website, one should learn from what happened to this lady.
