The head is really cute in the large size, not so much in the smaller size with the body. Here's an idea: make it trophy head?

It's a start.
Picturing the entire unicorn on such a tiny size makes it hard for the unicorn to be recognized as a mythical creature and it is easily mistaken for a misshapen horse.
