Recently, we've been seeing the dominance of Solana and base memecoins in terms of hype, community, investors, and all that. However, while scrolling through X on a usual day, I discovered there might be a change of narrative soon.

I saw Quacks. It's a deflationary memecoin on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). One thing that caught my attention is that holders are rewarded without staking, and it's automated via smart contracts. I think some popular memes don't have this feature yet, rewarding community support. This could give QUACKS an edge, in my opinion.

What do you all think about this innovation for a memecoin, do you think it's sustainable or not?
I feel like the "chain" these meme projects are on doesn't really matter. People hype one today hype another tomorrow so it doesn't really matter all that much, I feel like that has to be something normal and not really shock anyone. I get that some people want to see they made the right choice, so they are trying to figure out which chain should get the most money and all, to be able to later focus their investments, but meme coins are just based on hypes and that means you are not going to know what's going to be hyped before hand.

The entire logic of hype is literally whatever happens at that moment, it is not known even a minute before it starts, so you can't really make it work any other way, you should try to avoid that.

“Quacks: The Next Big Thing in Memecoins? A Shift in the Narrative on BSC”

In a landscape dominated by Solana and traditional memecoins, a new contender is emerging: Quacks. This deflationary memecoin on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) is turning heads with its unique approach to community rewards.

Unlike other memecoins that require staking for rewards, Quacks automatically rewards holders through smart contracts. This innovation could give Quacks a significant edge in the market, offering a sustainable way to incentivize community support.

But the question remains: Is this innovation sustainable in the long run? Will Quacks disrupt the current dominance of Solana and base memecoins? Share your thoughts and join the conversation on the future of memecoins with Quacks! 🦆🚀 #Quacks #BSC #MemecoinInnovation

I hope that memecoins will be dead sooner or later
Well, whether you like it or not, they're going to stay but many of them will be dead soon once the bull run is done and we go ahead to the bear market. But I don't want to be quick with that because there's still a lot of time for this bull run to exist and I haven't taken that much profit yet, so with that. I'm waiting for the great moment that this bull run might peak or even before that, I will be able to take some profit and then the market can do its own thing.  Cheesy

I believed it will be sustainable in the long run if investors continue to support this project without any doubts. Unlike with the shitcoins that has no exact projections of its roadmap, without concrete platform I guess that isn't makes any sense at all.

Taking over Solana, I don't think so because it's another type of asset that has a unique upbringing to world of crypto market. More whales trusted this platform, so it's definitely a stable type of asset same as the uprising memecoins.
True, the road maps and rebates to users gives the token some credibility you no. I already invested, when it debuted on Bitget, I hope more exposure would come for this token and probably it'll be on bybit, binance soon

We're not sure how it affects the meme coins' momentum and also how it impacts over Solana but there is one thing I smell in this strategy, meme coins developers are here to make money, and they give everything they have just to see their plan become successful. But the question is if that is worth taking or not. I'm not going to question how sustainable these projects are because we already know that they are just for the short term. So therefore I would say that we have to take extra caution in choosing these projects and only invest the amount that we can afford to lose.

Or it might be a way to attract more investors even if it does not exactly benefit both the project and its investors in the long run.

Do enlighten me where would they get these rewards from? I don’t think they can support this kind of system for a long time and they are only doing it to earn more hype in its early days.

After seeing OP's post, I did some digging. They used the term 'frictionless yield generation,' derived from transaction fees, with about 4% of them distributed to holders while the rest goes towards burns and other uses. It looks good on paper, and I also noticed they've entered into a new partnership

Right now if you are into these meme coins then Solana is where it’s at. You can forget Ethereum,  nobody wants to pay $50 swap fees anymore when they can literally pay half a penny.

Everyday there is a crazy meme coins which pumps like crazy for no reason. In the last 24 hours, guess what the top meme coin was? It was OJ Simpson meme coin. All because he died.

I don’t think this will stop anytime soon.

Why then call it a meme coin? A coin with functionality cannot be called a meme coin as the reality is that meme coins should not have any function. The only coin as per my knowledge that had functionality is Dogecoin due it's usage in various domains. For example it is still preferred coins for gambling and most crypto casino do accept it.

If I were you then I would concentrate my research in finding out a new meme coin on the Solana blockchain. It is still one of the favourite chain for new meme coins. BSC will not have much impact for meme coins.

I like the innovation and it will be sustainable in in the future for all to adopt it. And one thing I am seen I. The altcoins side of the cryptocurrency is that there is a very strong competition among them. Yes as you said solana.is one of the renown altcoins in the cryptocurrencies world and if you are saying that "BSC memecoins to take over Solana" will o over take Solana coin, I don't think that will be possible even though solana does not have that automated feature now. The cryptocurrency we see today will even change many things in the future. Mostly when the competition becomes intense.

You own the pen
Since the Memecoins are on fire right now, it's best to have your memecoins as well especially when you are one of the top blockchains in the crypto industry right now. As of now, it's best to consider BSC memecoins to be one of the recommended investments and we all know that they are now just making some pump-and-dump coin here rather they have a working plan and they will surely update and develop it as long as people will continue to support their meme coins through investing in it.

Memes that have actual application? I think it is not by Quacks but by DEGEN. I think DEGEN has more hype and it's with the BASE chain and it's getting more hype, I think. It can be more if the BASE chain has more users. I think it will reach more and a lot of hype now is in here. With Coinbase being at the center, I'm not surprised if it raise higher in price and more people would use it.

Yes, you are right here in what you are saying. I can see good potential in this Degen. When I looked at him on Coingecko, it was only 3 months ago that the size immediately raised his price value, to be honest. It just started at 0.00002 something, and now it's at 0.06 something per coin. https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/degen-base

I didn't hear about it right away this January; those who invested here in the month of January won. Too bad, I have missed a coin like this again; recently, I also missed the Bome one and now this one.

Memecoin will be sustainable at a time when with the hype there is a new narrative many fomo and investors are jumping into it especially memecoin solana network.

It's just for the pure hype nothing more. But after the market has been saturated and it has been pump and dump so hard that money is flowing, sooner or later it will have to go down or even die.

I don't know Quack's memecoin although it has a feature where as a holder will get a reward but the name memecoin will not guarantee the price to go up I don't feel this is good enough to say sustainable because when the hype has subsided memecoin it will die.

I'm not brave enough to risk money on these memecoins obviously the risk of losing is higher almost the same as gambling.

Meme coin will be meme coin simply as that. Not against them as there are people who can make money out of it. But for real application? No, and with that, I don't see them being sustainable for the long run, sorry to burst the bubble specially to the OP which looks like trying to shill here.

Be it on Solana or BSC chain if the project has something to offer it will thrive else it will fail and especially memecoins I don't find any reason to invest in them apart from one reason it may give huge returns as it's pump and dump but this cannot be a valid reason as it's a matter of luck. I feel it's one more cycle of hype which we have been witnessing for a while, we should rather focus on roadmap and whitepaper of the project rather than theme or genre.

Depends on its hype and since it’s meme season again, we might see BSC meme tokens to follow other meme tokens. This is just a trend now but still no guarantee and not an easy profit, better to think again if you are going to invest with the meme token, because not all are worth the hype and you might lose big if you carried away.

Just because you've seen another meme being posted by someone over X that's on the BSC, you think that there will be a change in narrative?

While, I'd believe that there will be some change but not because of that reason. This is crypto market that every narrative changes so quick while it lasts.

The meme coins that are trending through the solana network won't be lasting there for so long. But as long as they're popular and making a lot of attention, it will take time until they lose that momentum.

I don't thinks is matter.

MEME Token are still MEME, no matter what chain they're using. However, as long the fee are still low and the token is about MEME (Network not really matter from my perspective). Because they're depends on the HYPE, not because of that.

1 month HYPE next 3 month will died and going to zero. It's always like that, everytime they release.
