You can participate in the bounty at any time if the registration is open. All bounties campaign usually end with ICO. Good bounty team: Amazix. You can find good projects and bounties! You can join most of the bounties out there at any time, even a day before the bounty ends. Assigning for telegram or facebook bounties should be done as fast as possible tho, otherwise you wont get a lot of stakes
Thats nice and I still hope with my postition right now there must be good campaign that accepts newbie like me. Even the smallest bounty amount will still fits with my rank its very much appreciated. But bitcointalk nowadays wasn't that easy because its hard to acquire that merit.

one way to get free coin is to follow a bounty. bounty information that is currently active you can get from various sources, one of them on the website icobench website. there you can see the track record of an ICO and see if bounty is still active or already closed.
