i don't think so, we don't know about bitcoin price maybe it will down again in the next month and all altcoins will also go down because of it. because the Csw drama and Jihan Wu are still continuing maybe they will sell their bitcoin again to fund their project.
I think there are several people wants now to buy bitcoin for future investments, but i think people also has different perceptions and ideas about bitcoin now. There are also people and investors who is not willing anymore to buy bitcoin since its price is going down and doesn't rolls up again its price, that's how they think and i know that which way either is correct. So if you buy, think first the possibility or else you lose much more.
I don't think it is the right time to buy some alts and bitcoin it could be go deeper, let's wait for now to increase bitcoin I think that's the go signal to buy some alts.

The fact that it has the opposite meaning, it makes me believe that it is really the best time to buy something, and invest to something which is related to cryptocurrencies. I think you definitely right. Such big dump in last 2 days just means that big pump coming. And before some exsting news (like Bakkt launch in December this year) we still have time and chance to buy very cheap coins as almost every coins very undervalued now
