If you think you are in profits already, then take time to sell. But if your purpose is to accumulate more bitcoin and let your portfolio grow, then stick to buy and hold. After all, you will also reap in the future what you have been investing today. Always know that as long as we are still facing the bear market, then it’s never a good time to sell but the best time to buy and accumulate more bitcoin.

Everything depend on what you want , if you really want to invest in bitcoin I think this is a good time to buy and hodl but if you are not ready to buy because of the bear market, fear of losing your money , thinking that the market may still fall , no need to take the risk to buy bitcoin. Investing bitcoin with fear of losing is not the best. Make your decision and embark on what you think will be good for you. If you make up your mind to hodl some bitcoin you won't have any panic even if the market still go dip.

In the first place when you say hold the one and only you must do is you must buy first before you hold a coin. If you think that the price of the coin you want to hold is worthy enough to buy and in the next months or a year the price will get double or triple then you can buy a coin and start holding.
The decision is all yours you are the boss in holding or trading. But always always remember capital or money is a must before trading. Grin

Buy and hold if you're planning to stay in the market for long term and there's more that you desire to bitcoin's price.

Well, selling can happen at any season and even you don't want to but if the circumstance that you're facing requires you to do, you'll have no option but to sell.

I've been there and done that and that's why you probably will do all of it. But, as part of my plan, I'm doing the two, buying and holding until I'm satisfied to sell.

What coin you are holding at the current? Then only this situation can be analysed because if you are holding bitcoin then it's time for investment but only if you plan to hold long term.

If your choice is BTC ==== Buy and HOLD for long term

If your choice is any shitcoin ==== Sell if you can otherwise they will be lying dead in your wallets giving zero returns.

I don't think anyone can give a better answer than this, because in the end, it all boils down to how much money you want to invest and how much risk you want to take. Although past events do not guarantee that history will repeat itself, I think that every bear market is an ideal moment for investments, although no one can know whether the bottom has been reached and whether in a given month 1 BTC will be worth $30k or $13k.

In my estimation, buy if you want to do it for the long term. But use the DCA strategy. But where you don't have a long term view in mind, then hodl. If you sell you lose unless your life depends on it. However, to be able to make an informed decision in accordance with your goals you must keep abreast with news and happenings in the crypto space.

Based on what's going on in the market, it looks like now is a good time to buy again as bitcoin's price position is dropping to $21k.
But before we invest, we better analyze it further to find if now is really a good time to buy bitcoin again.

Or if you like to gain profit then buy and sell it at a resistance and support level of tokens or coins you wish to play with. Only pick major coins to have an ease mind of buying a shitcoin.
