Did u even read the ad ban info ? They're trying to weed out the scamming ads that steal people's money.

They're trying to make it so that only legit crypto companies get picked as ads.
That is a manipulation, TS was talking about. Don't you understand that Google and others now trying to be a decision making Center for Decentralised blockchain.
They already made this to Internet, and some good web projects like Jullian Assanges' Wikileaks could freely get and send information only through TOR network. Now they want to Centralize and to manipulate crypto market.
That's what we should understand and to create something alternative.

Don’t feed the whales by selling your bitcoins at low prices, hold them for a long time is the only solution to reduce the manipulation effect in the market.
Bans can’t increase the effect of manipulation until the community is strong.

The fact that someone bans bitcoin or bitcoin related stuff should not even matter to anyone as long as they understand that centralized entities have no effect on decentralized bitcoin and as for manipulation it will happen as long as people pay attention to the nonsense and also as long as the exchanges are risky places so that people don't stay on them, effectively making them small with thin order books. that helps a mini whale to dump and cause panic.

what does ending manipulation have to do anything with creating a crypto focused ad network?

True but again if there is no awareness campaigns then how will we attract more investors to crypro, or do we assume that crypto doesn't need anymore fresh investors?

These bans are having a real bad effect on the crypto ecosystem. We should act and do something.

Someone start a project on creating decentralized net or something. Also, some ad services that are crypto friendly and stuff.

We need hardware for infrastructure to beat Google for crypto's sake. Anyone got an idea?

The idea, you are looking for is pretty good. I'm in And yes you should have servers over the world for it, to eliminate Google & FB effect. It should be decentralised  and be supported servers' owners like they do it in TOR. I suppose it could be a kind of complicated Ethereum smart contract for everyone who wish to join in. Every server owner or  website owner placing a code instead of Google Ad, uploading his wallet ID to a smart contract, and that's it.He starts to get crypto. Everyone who wants to place an advertisement should also upload his wallet to smart contract and than get access to placing ad in the network. The smart contract will automatically check adverts for restrictions, ballance, local settings etc. That is a great idea leaves no chance to Google and others. They  will probably join later, but after accepting our conditions! Don't forget me as Co-founder when you start to create it :-)

Creating a futures contract for Bitcoin was probably the worst thing that could have happened to the crypto space. I would humbly suggest the majority of the manipulation stems from this and the fact people can bet on and then act in ways to make their predictions come true. The MSM has given a platform to push the price in one direction or another depending on good news or bad. So unless everyone turns off the news, doesn't read newspaper or internet articles we are stuck with it.

People should just shift their advertising to crypto currency forums like Bitcointalk.org and other social platforms, where Crypto currencies are welcomed.

You only ban something, if you cannot manage it. If the SEC regulated ICOs and you could differentiate between the good and the bad ICOs.

You have made a very valid and important point. Bitcointalk.org is a very supportive site for bitcoin and cryptocurrency. People should look into this direction and forget google for now, I tell you google will be the one to come around just like China has been trying to do.

This move is making the digital currency world obviously in danger. As of this posting the value of BTC is below 8000$. I think they are making the line thinner for this type of currency. If they are manipulating as said, could it be that they are also trying to implement their own digital currency later should BTC lost against it? Well if this is the case will just wait and see.

You only ban something, if you cannot manage it. If the SEC regulated ICOs and you could differentiate between the good and the bad ICOs, then this would not have been banned.

This is the problem with some of the people who are quiet easily swayed by FUDs but, on the other hand, it open up a new opportunity for those to ride the train they missed out last year.

The population of people that involve in bitcoin or crypto currency still remain, but the promotion and the number of users who are entering in crypto world are decreasing because of the banned, we should accept the fact that google has a huge part in promoting crypto. this is huge down fall.

The ban is actually a good thing in my opinion. So much shitty ICOs and phishing advertisements. The prices just goes nuts just because people panic about every bad news they see, even though the news is actually somewhat irrelevant. It's the people's mindsets that should actually be changed.
