When the bitcoin going down far from last year ETH price goes down and down also and for me it's time to buy and store ETH now because of it's price and also one thing I am aiming for is when I store ETH now and when the time the market will price up it's easy to sell and get the profits. If the ETH price will down deeper it's safe to buy and hold it until the price will up again.

With Bitcoin dropping below $30k, ETH prices also dropped quite a bit, now ETH is below $2000. And also the price of ETH has decreased by 60%

I think Yes it best time to put 20% of money to put in. Luna project failed and now only Solona and Dot projects are real competitors in long term. There is rumours that Eth 2.0 will do something special with Web 3 and gas fee and we may see big project again use the Etherium network and this will be put positive impact on price also. There are chances of Bitcoin to go further down so we should also be prepared for this.
