The graph is misleading (if not outright deceiving). The price fell well below $500 which it didn't even touch on this chart. It went down as low as $480, though for a relatively short time...

Really? In what exchange you preferred to monitor the bitcoin price?
Really, really! I use Coinbase for checking the rates, but it is not an exchange, so it doesn't count, right? Prices below $480 were at BTC-e and Bitstamp (if that was the point of your question)...

I think it is time to buy bitcoins,as the price isat a lower value and is tending to increase, in the coming future it will be of more value.

If you are a long term holder, it is fine to buy now as the price will not drop below $500. If you are a trader, it is better to wait for some time before the price rises again.
How can you be so sure that the price will not fall below $500? Do you have any important information to back your claim?

after the bitfinex hack that caused a big drop (17 days ago) the price has been stable around $570 and $10 swings up and down is normal for any range. and if you look at the history once in your life you can see that these swings are normal

to me the best time is to buy bitcoin because the price of bitcoin is very very reasonable and it will start increasing very very soon, therefore in presint time it will be a wise decision if a person is going to invest in bitcoin.
The price of bitcoin is stable right now, even if increase, it's only increase a bit. I think it's better to wait and hold your bitcoin. Don't sell or buy bitcoin for now, watch the price of bitcoin.
I have been reading people wanting the price to drop below $600 so they can start buying at the time the price was around the $650 levels. Right now we have the price below $600, and suddenly people don't think it's a good price to buy at anymore. How funny is that? I say, buy if you want to increase your position in Bitcoin, and keep holding without doing anything when you're satisfied with your coin count. Easy as that.
