Its time for trade only not a time to sale nor the the time to buy because btc will go more down than that will be the best option to buy btcs than it will boost like a rocket according to current btc chart thats what i can observe.

chinese holders always make bitcoin markets shocking by its pump and dump. are they believe in bitcoin itself? or just play it. the price already dropped almost over $100 since yesterday. and i myself just bought $900 earlier in hope to see it raising again in next few weeks. so for me it is always buying time no matter when.

Yes. That is short and logical reply. But in the situation when price for bitcoin is going down I would reccomend you to buy it, cause soon bitcoin will grow again to 1000$ I heard a prediction about it from my friends who are more deep in all that system.
