that is a normal reaction in a more well established market, such is not the case for btc ... so some will run away, and farrrrr more will be more than happy to bid up the coins left behind.

I don't think it will ever go below 400 on stamp. But this predication doesn't count with more bad news, of course. When the US goverment says tomorrow, that no business in allowed to use Bitcoin anymore, it will definetly go below 400.

It is good thing. Mtgox is curse to bitcoin's growth. All the downfall of bitcoin is created by mtgox. Once they out of scene price will be stable.
