Honestly I haven't heard of the Tipper yet, not sure of it features.
But, for promising ICO's there are many green & red flags. I can elaborately talk about them in this topic if you and some other readers are willing to hear my shit
But for now, I'll tell you 2 important and simple statements:
1. If there seems to be something fishy, there probably is something fishy.
2. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't.
These 2 alone actually summarizes all of the red flags. For example, if a project is asking kyc for airdrop, it sounds fishy so I stay the hell away from it.
