Limiting 100 BTC in ICO funding seems no any valid reason and what you mean by buy back. You guys gonna place buy orders on exchangers after ICO? If so why buy back start only on
But won't the ICO will last till end of september 2016. Announcing there will be buy wall later on only create pump and dump scenario.

The limit comes from our trading strategy and our capacity. We do not want to act and look greedy.
Buybacks will be made through our website, titacoin.com
