Transaction not confirmed yet and I think you used an exchanged account that's the cause you can not see btc on your wallet.please wait and let transaction got confirmed then you will see btc on your exchanged wallet.some exchanges need 3 confirmation to show btc on his wallet.hope you understand now.

As you said you got the payment for the campaign why not pay them instead waiting for the BIP91 to occur?

I have a suggestion since Woshib will send the payment after the BIP91 if ever we still got no response from the owner, that Woshib will also send the equivalent amount of Bitcoin Cash for each payment. Is it ok for everybody?

The owner is offline for 3 days also, i checked his profile, he has woken up from inactivity. So, how you will know when he will be online? Do you have any contact from him aside here? Like discord or telegram? And you said to me in pm is this:
