Everyone had a mishap in exchange platforms.  even in the largest sites..
Lawsuits? u're serious?  the cryptocurency must first have a well-defined legal status. say in a courtroom that someone has stolen ur HTMLcoin is like saying  someone has stolen money from u  in dream!
if u search for a bit in the forum, u will find similar threads to urs accusing BTC-e Mintpal, Cryptsy ...
u want to ridicule Swap Hole but u ended by ridiculing yourself!

So youre actually gonna sue Coinswwap for 0.7 btc? wich is.. how much.. 250 dollars? LOL

The cost of your lawyer alone is way more then that...  Wink

I understand your frustration... but shouting in here with such an attitude against people who are "trying" too help you... is really stupid bro...

I take a great deal of pride in quickly and personally responding to every email sent in, but it was Mother's Day weekend and I was sick which meant little time at my computer. As of this time he has received all of his HTML and at no point was his HTML in jeopardy.

He has never opened any other tickets and his registration time/date was: 2014-05-07 17:12:35

I have a feeling you would get swifter customer service by filing a support ticket with coin swap rather than starting a thread on a bitcoin forum. ymmv

What exactly does  TX , that is recorded, stand for?
It is the transaction ID, or the link that shows us that the amount of coins were as you say they were.
