No crown, no throne, no praise, no fame,
Speaks of simplicity of selflessness where, an inventor gives all these up for the invention and the people for which it was meant, to ensure a thriving success. That’s some level of sacrifices which is never seen.
The selfless simplicity is sometimes not seen but the next time it is understood why they did so selflessly so that we can understand in the present time how much their sacrifice is leading us to progress. We will go a long way because of his sacrifice in the near future as well.

For when we're equal, rights align,
This is so what Bitcoin is, decentralized and no one gets to have some control over how you use and utilize your coins. When it’s of a none custodian wallet I mean.
Bitcoin is decentralized it has created such a beautiful system what you do with your bitcoin is your personal matter no one interferes here. And no one can question you about it which is a very good thing. How subtle was his thinking that the system would be such that there would be no interference.

The power rests in every mind
This takes me back to GOT with the famous quote “power resides where men believe it resides”. It tells you, your truly powerful and even more so with Bitcoin.
Strength is really a mental thing. Mentally you will be strong only when your mind is strong. It is really surprising because without strength of mind we have no energy. And seeing the various systems that he has created is mentally empowering because there is no one interfering and everything can be run on its own.

When you hold the truth behind your eyes?
The truth which I hold is that, we are all Satoshi Nakamoto and that is in line with the sacrifice of a throne, crown, praise and fame for what we have now.
There is no difficulty in thinking of ourselves in terms of what u have said, because it can be said to indicate everyone because it has no specific person. We are all Satoshi Nakamoto when it comes to catching up.

BlackHatCoiner just pulled one of those old tricks out of the hat and I can say, it was beautiful. Still shows we have some off our sleeves even at this time.

Still, I can’t resist but pick out certain lines and stanza to have been of best interest. I’ll speak of it as it appeals to me. Am sure the lines would mean even more and vary by person by perceptions.

Hope this doesn't offend the op
But I really don't get the part where you said

When you hold the truth behind your eyes?

Are you regarding to the fact that the satoshi's identity is concealed
Or that we all have what we consider as the truth

Poem Analyst Agbe.
You remind me of myself when I was studying literature. The beauty of literature is that each person interprets it differently. I'm not sure how you got the impression that I think Satoshi is jealous; perhaps it stems from a misunderstanding. I was addressing all of us, not Satoshi specifically. We often find ourselves wondering who he truly is, where the truth is hidden "behind our eyes" (we are all Satoshi).
You are right. One thing in literature text analysis is to know the mind of the writer. And once the analyst captured the message of the writer then the characterization becomes easy. But even at that, Literature critics give different views. One line of a literature text can means different things with different figures of speech. Really at first I wanted to used the word (audience which are the readers of the poem) but diverted to Satoshi and his workers. And from literally perspective, I am still inline with the poet by analysing it for the perspective of Satoshi Nakamoto and his cos. Mostly in the first stanza. And average literally scholar should be able to know something things in any given poem.

Thanks for the encouragement. Love that.

Now I really have to give it a shot. Here goes nothing:

In a Babylonian world, where fiat rules,
Bitcoin paved the way, for the ones who knew,
Governments didn’t want to lose, so they called Bitcoin a ruse
Satoshi gave us a gift and went away,
It is up to us to make the best of bitcoin today.

Awesome, in regard to the 3rd and 4th stanza, I got inspired to write this poem:

The urge to find the one
brought so many cock and bull stories:
framers,
laying accusation on others as the one,
thereby victimizing them,
or disturbing their peace.

Others lying like they're the one,
when we all ought to be making Bitcoin better--
improving, or exploring the opportunity
we have from it.

Many continue to focus on the drama:
Who's Satoshi?
Instead of getting a life,
for we're now Satoshi.

Not gonna lie, I find it reading to be enjoyable in my opinion and it is a good poem. I like what blackhatcoiner used at the end to describe Satoshi Nakamoto in the end as Or she, or they, Or it, or We as we all know that there's no evidence of who really is satoshi nakamoto in real life and we even see some people who claim they are satoshi nakamoto or even know satoshi nakamoto like I just read not long ago. Agne the analyst have done a good job too. I definitely agree with the analysis.

Blackhatcoiner you made my day. So lovely. Here is my poetic analysis of the poem.

The poem has five stanza with a black verse.
Stanza one of the poem talks about the recipient (s) of the message which is Satoshi Nakamoto and his cos who made research with all their mind with zeal and since this message is to them, they have to see this piece of writing because it is for them ( is that they are the addressee)

In stanza two: upon all the good things they or he has done, nothing was given to him and we can see this in the line one stanza two. And not everyone can bear it. No praises and no fame all all the things he has done. Even at that we can all think and be creative because the power of creativity is in everyone's mind.

Stanza three: The search of who is Satoshi Nakamoto didn't start and will not end here so why give different information when you know the truth. Irony nobody knows the truth.

Stanza four: we have to receive him because he created bitcoin because all praises belong to him and those who work with him.

Stanza five. The poet too does not know who is Satoshi Nakamoto but only know him through his work he has done.

Rhyme Scheme:
Stanza one: Free Verse
Stanza two: aabc.
Stanza three: aabb
Stanza four: aabb
Stanza five: Free Verse.

Poetic Devices:
Circumlocution: the poet used words to describe the creator of bitcoin (Satoshi Nakamoto). Example. He, she, we, they.

Metonymy: using a word to replace or stand foe another. Example. Dig, instead of search and Old Soul as Satoshi Nakamoto.

Irony. This is verbal irony. Line one stanza two. Bitcoin is the king of all the cryptocurrencies but the poet said, "No crown, no throne, no praise, no fame," but bitcoin has all that.

Wow!!! Love this...

What a beautiful poem OP. The other poems on the thread are just as beautiful and interesting to read. I wish I could follow the thread and share a ode with you guys but I’m afraid I’m not so talented. Just might edit this post later on if a light bulb sparks in my head lol.

Very nice poems you got there. It was a pleasure to read and put a smile on my face after a long day of work.

Satoshi doesn't easily rhyme, unless you spend a lot of time,
But time is what we always lack...
Who is Satoshi?
Don't give a fuck!

Have a nice weekend you artists!

You make me remember the days I was a student. I had deep passion for literature and poetry was just the one aspect of it that keeps me on awe always.

You have once again demonstrated through this literary masterpiece that the search for Satoshi is totally unnecessary and a futile effort. I agree with that because rather than the endless search for the one who left the legacy of Bitcoin, it would have been better we focus on the creation and how best it could impact us positively.  In all, this is a nice job you have done with words.

If wishes were to be horses, i will wish for Satoshi to return to the forum someday and see the love people have for him here and how what he invented has helped create a large community where people from different races, countries, religion and so forth have come together to discuss a common objective (bitcoin). However, i have the feelings that Satoshi still dwells within us but due to his/their nature (anonymity), it is difficult for him/them to have a straight expression of how he/they feel.

@BlackHatcoiner, well-done for compiling such beautiful poems for our inventor(s) (Satoshi), your rewards are in heaven and hopefully Satoshi will get to read it someday!

Hope this doesn't get moved to off topics just like the experience @Mia Chloe had in the past.

Its been a while now that I've been privileged to hear a nice sensation of poem like this, most importantly, its been directed toward the creator of bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto, lately I've been seeing a lot of post on mockers and shillers condemning this great invention, you also find that there are many controversies about bitcoin and Satoshi as everyone want to be identified through them, even in a wrong manner, but this poem is a stress eraser and peace stabilizer to us that are supporting the growth and development of bitcoin, this weekend will look more nice having this and going over it more repeated because we already have it and its the greatest of achievements in this present dispensation.

the distraction of finding satoshi's face
hides away errors of core dev's disgrace.

they govern the code and change the rule
but make you look for a ghost or ghoul.

while we dont review the current code
we seek out notes of the original mould

bitcoin is not how it once had been
but all you want is the inventor to be seen

whomever still thinks satoshi's a god
falls victim of the current mod.

satoshi face wont alter who rules the rule
core decided that it aint him or us all.

satoshis return will not bring delight
it will just cause confusion and in-fight

lets look at the now and the future to be
and let satoshi remain unseen and free

Well it's nice to know that this forum is filled with bright minds
It's shocking how these poems are so nice
Seems we will soon have to open a thread for talented people 😅

A lot and relatable words have been passed through this poem and even if you’re not a poem lover or have any idea about poet, those words will have some impact and inspirations in you about Satoshi Nakamoto. Such a nice poem you’ve written. I have seen some couple of poems in the past in the forum, but this one is way too awesome not to drop some words of thoughts. I hope he gets to see this and put a smile on his face, he is a hero to be remembered and praised always for this technology he invented.

Wow..... Like wow
A good poem I must say
Really love the second stanza.

To the lost souls who gave their heart to the project
May the ember of their work continue to burn.
