It's a fact that the exchanges you've listed aren't safe anymore so why keep it in your signature and website? That way, you don't lure more investors into exchanges where they will lose their coins! Keeping those exchanges or promoting them through your signature and website would only cause more losses and more investors who don't read through forum threads will just keep going to those exchanges and lose their coins.
You should also announce which exchanges lost toa coins so this community with a diminishing population stays informed.
