The dumped still on its way down maybe we need to be prepared if the value falls up to 2500$ its not impossible since rumors and news about closure of exchange from China still got a lots of traders to panic and sell their holding it's not a good time to play now just assess and wait for some good rebound.
It's a panic selling in crypto world.. Good chance for new investors and also buy more Bitcoin at the cheap rate soon it will be going up.... China is also a main cause of bitcoin dump but I think soon it will be recover.
Yeah I might take a break from this forum too. Seeing all the FUD and panic is really stressful, especially that the FUD is coming from irrational individuals.
I'll definitely hodling and will buy more BTC if it goes below $3000.

I think I need a break from this forum, its getting so hum drum. Buy the news sell the rumour, add some FUD and dabble in FOMO.... The good news for seasoned investors is, at times like this, just wait for the weak hands to panic sell and buy up all you can on the dip.

Im just months in joining cryptoworld and really find this drop in bitcoin worrying. That was almost $500 drop in less than a month. For a moment I thought it was the end of bitcoin and I was thinking how unfortunate I am joining bitcoin when it was a sinking ship. Then I started to read news in the past about bitcoin dump and read in the threads in forums and finally see that this is not the first time this happened. In fact, there are numerous times but if you look bitcoin rate now and compare it last year, even with those so called dumps, it is still holding on today. So I think its still good to invest in bitcoin, but do not invest in what you can't afford to lose.

keep calm dude, it's happen because there are issue in china will ban crypto exchange, it make chines investor and trader panic, but it just an issue. not really happen
That is to assume that this is just an issue. When we want to go to the real thing, let's go to if China banned cryptocurrencies exchanges. We all know that the Chinese is a big part of this industry, one of the biggest whales are there, regarding to the decision in October this already resulted in panic selling and dumping of coins and this is not good.
If China will ban BTC then I think the price might go down below 2000$ and this will be a year long because we are waiting for this to recover( the good thing is that Russia is so open in this ) so the best options here is hold our horses and not just depend on Chinese in the coming years and waiting for the cryptocurrencies to recover.
This is hard but we must overcome this ( one of BTC holders here ).

It is really sad to know that bitcoin is dump. Almost 60k $ has been decreased. But I'm still hoping that bitcoin will reach its highest level such as 300k $ after this year. So don't be worried and everything will be fined. 
And tomorrow Bitcoin pumps. If not tomorrow, it's very lileky that we will be seeing a price recovery before the end of the week.
Recovery is sure to happen and this dump is never going to happen for a long time. I seen many times of bitcoin pumps and dumps and most of the time, price recovery is longer than the price dump. When the price dump is happening it only happens for a week and in the past I don't know if the price of bitcoin fall for a long period of time, but this is for sure it will recover.

Considering its value (which is around $2500 - $3000) before August 1, that $500 price drop doesn't really hurt. The drop on btc value today is highly due to the correction on part of the traders. This means that traders are now selling their bitcoins which results to what we call MASS SELLING or closely related to PANIC SELLING. In the law of supply and demand, if the supply of a product/service is high and the demand is low, the tendency is that the price of that product/service will fall. The reason why we are experiencing a drop in bitcoin price today is explained by that. Probably, there are no high demand of bitcoin (I mean, there's no enough buyers out there) as of now, so bitcoin price drops.

This was an alarming scenario because of the big and fast drop due to some issues and reasons within bitcoin that made the price rate dump into action. It will be best if we just stay calm because it had happen on the past and the bitcoin has recovered from that scenario. We just need to believe on bitcoin's capacity to grow and regain what it have dump. Don't fall so easily under your emotions. I know that some users bought bitcoins at the highest price and now they are disappointed and beleive they have lost their money, but have patience and get used to situation like this, this is not the last one. Some beleived bitcoin price will rise forever but don't forget there are occasional dumps too.
Yes dont let your emotions to do panic and selling all your holdings that may results into lose all your investment. This is the normal market of bitcoin that price is cheap and expensive. But lets hope that this is not the end of btc because I believe value will rise.

We are all watching this, you don't have to worry more. It is not totally the indication that all cryptocurrencies will gone, sometimes it might happen just like before.Probably China could have change in rules and regulation of bicoin in their country, since China is having a large numbers of money changers that could probably affect the sudden dump of bitcoin price and others. But it could be back to normal when bitcoin ban is lifted.
