One can only suspect that this coin was made during a 10th graders lunch break. Stop supporting this garbage.
You're barking up the wrong tree here. I have nothing to do with vertcoin dev, but I've been banging the drum for it largely because it's _not_ premined and is actually different (is not a scrypt clone). The 3 blocks the dev mined were _normal_ sized, so he he owns all of 150 premined coins out of 850,000 now existing:

It doesn't matter, a few tweaks in the algorithm does not make it noteworthy. Although, it did take some expertise to create this coin, it's still a shitcoin.
None the less, a pre-mine shitcoin with no new features or innovations.

Seriously, everything that's trying to be defended here is without merit. Everything has been done, we are in the times where you have to have to build your own coin's code from scratch (which takes money and effort), or else it's going to be a part of the trash.
