Market is going down from last few months and it will be move upwards at any time so i suggest to you wait for some time and hold your tokens for better returns.

If the token is very good and potential one better hold it. Or if you think token is not good and price will fall better sell it. Decision is upto you. Always I would suggest everyone to hold their coins. Because at present market price is not good. But market price is not stable one. I hope the price will move forward. So hold it.
In Crypto the problem of down or rising coin prices is a common thing, especially for new coins. And for myself prefer to hold it. Because holding it shows us to support the growth of coins.

Please wait some times, surly bitcoins and crypto currency will increase soon, be patient, I believe BTC value increase dramaticaly

If you didn't sell already at the top or near the top, why would you sell now for cheaper price? That doesn't make sense to me. Just wait until it goes up again, then you can sell it. Don't lose your money. You don't lose as long as you don't sell for loss.

For me, I think it’s a stupid idea for us to sell them at ridiculous low prices, because it is considered a loss. Think about buying high and selling low? It’s simply a loss and it is not good. The best option for you is to hold those tokens until it gains traction and demand when the market goes high once again. I am in a similar situation as well. I do have some tokens that I hold, in which their values are below the ICO price. I choose to #HODL them rather than accepting the loss quickly.

If you set a stop loss and the price trigger the stop loss then it is definitely better to sell it and wait for another opportunity to enter again but if you don't set any stop loss and you already lose a lot then it's better to just hold it until the price goes up again, you have to wait a long time but it's better than lose a lot of money.
