It does not matter whether you are famous or not.
The problem is, there is little information about you.
for example, evgeny sudakov: where did he worked over 10 years? what is his linkedin account, or twitter or facebook? how do we confirm some information about him?

It is not a trading bot only. Trading bot is one of serveral tools. Platform will be free for everyone with a little restrictions such "threads limit". Because we will use Adware model.
For professional traders will be not expensive tariff like 0.005-0.01 btc
