Social media promotion, paid advertisements in social media platforms, thru bounty campaigns here in the forum.

Right now, these are the things that I know companies are using when they want to promote their project. The first 2 that I said is the most commonly used. The 3rd one? Yes as well as we've seen many bounty campaigns coming out on a weekly basis, but I still believe that there are many more companies who are maximizing the popularity of social media platforms such as Youtube, Facebook, and X (Twitter) right now, and using it to advertise their project, and to scam people as well.

Which exchanges have the cheapest listing? I don't know which exchanges, but I believe those unpopular ones are the ones who are offering token listing for a cheaper price compare to larger, and more popular ones like Binance, and Kucoin etc.

Hire a bounty manager, and a marketing manager and let them handle the rest. This is applicable if you have the budget and all the means to do it but if not, you can be your own man team. But the best strategy is to get known through social media but I hope that the project you're about to work and advertise with isn't a scam.

I'm not sure but there are plenty of them. There are even those exchanges that won't require you any fee as long as you've got a good community that will support the project and listing can be done through voting.

The easiest way will be through exchanges although they cost money, a lot of it I'd say. I doubt there's any exchange that would accept cheap fees, so just expect it to be rather costly. I looked it up and topmost result says small exchanges charge a minimum of $6k, max of $30k. It'd probably be better to look for it yourself but that should give you a frame of sorts to work with.

Another way is through social media. With how it's grown, it's reach can affect a LOT of people if done properly, so I suggest hiring a manager for that. This can cost less or more than listing your token in an exchange depending on how much visibility you want your token to have. I'd say hire some shit posters if you really want it to be cheap, but hey, cheap solutions come with cheap results.

Yes thats how a project can get a maximum promotion by being list on top notch exchange and thats a hell of a marketing already. No need to boost it on social media cause followers or users will probably check on you. But only handful of these projects can get that kind of promotions.

Promoting a project is very important but if the developer focuses more on its fundamental and for being a good project, then for sure promotions will come on its own and the investors will make voice to promote such project. This is why the project developer should not only focus on the hype but instead focus more on their progress and their roadmap.

For promoting token or coin have many ways from Bounty campaign, airdrop, Testnet, give away in twitter social media until you can try with retro process for promoting your token. But most effective how to promote your token need spent budget and advertising on website are more popular in cryptocurrency like advertise with Coinmarketcap website banner. Looking for exchange with cheapest listing seems LBANK or exchange with medium level.

Actually I like with token listing in Hotbit but this exchange have stop operation and looks Gate.io are similar exchange like Hotbit and have cheapest listing fees than bigger exchange like Binance, Huobi or Kucoin. Better advertising for promoting your coins and easily become popular than promoting trough bounty campaign or airdrop way.

Usually those exchanges that don't have much volume and unknown ones. They're the ones that a project can get listed with having no problems. The demand for those type of exchanges isn't that much so being listed there means nothing but only being listed.

Are you kidding right now, because I have not heard anything like listing fees for exchange for a long while now, I thought coins/tokens get listed without any fees and in most cases what is required for the coin to get listed on too big exchanges is the coin potentials and the ability to prove to exchange that it will be a good project if and when listed.

Top exchanges as far I know, charges huge amount to get them listed, again, if my memory serves me right, could be around 1 BTC.
But this is way back around 2017-2018. So for sure listing in top exchanges like Binance could have hefty sum of money.

Exchanges take fees because it's business though, I mean it's like they are the facilitator, so as a project, you will used their name to have your coin on them.
So it's mutually exclusive, exchanges facilitate you pay them, you used their trading platform. Your project them will be exposed to traders.
Maybe in the beginning, this project doesn't have any money to list to top exchange that's why they chooses the cheapest, but for me, this is not good practice.
Better to start your foot in a good exchange regardless of the fees because for sure you can get it back.

I think many projects promote there project and they use different platform for promotion some time project announced Airdrop and they launch a bounty project many user work there and promote there project.

You can do ads, referral, conduct a bounty campaign which includes social media campaign (youtube, twitter, facebook, tiktok, etc.). There's actually a lot of ways to do token promotion, it will surely gather investors as long as the idea or use of the token. And of course, the number of investors will always depends on how people see the potential of your token.

Another way is to gain traction through the likes of Uniswap, pancakeswap and if your project attracts enough numbers or hype then it would catch the attention of Big exchanges.

You can have like signature or bounty campaigns, or have like twitter and other social media campaign here in the community. You can hire someone to take care of it for you.

So, what kind of token are we talking about here? Is there a real use case for it, or is it more of an idea without a product behind it? The first step would be to introduce the concept and your product to the relevant community, like the one here. If the idea is solid and the token actually serves a purpose, it should gain traction naturally. Or are we talking about yet another useless "pump-and-dump" kind of shitcoin here?

You can start a bounty campaign, make referral system, give advertisement to well known news sites etc.
If you are looking for exchanges with cheap listing then that means you don't really believe in your project. Good projects get listed without even giving any money to exchanges. Your impression you made here is that you have a copycat coin that you want to sell ignorant people to get rich quick.
