TokenPay did not pay even a single participant of their bounty campaign claiming the manager was a scammer but that made the bounty participants also scammers because they just did not want to pay. Their investors trusted them a lot bragging about the project but this is what it has turned out to be.

Here is a video of Derek Capo saying that US investors were allowed in the token sale: https://twitter.com/Horsebox_1/status/1117955111219867648?s=19

Good finding! SEC must bust this Derek for doing an unregulated ICO for American citizens... My question is why SEC is not taking this crap down? My only guess is that they are still small players.

Haven't read all of it but I just came across this website on Tone Vays' Twitter: http://www.tokenpayexposed.com/XXX.htm

I knew it! I suspected TokenPay to be a scam from day 1 I read their website. I am surprised that people exposed the TokenPay scam

TokenPay is a SCAM. Here are the facts:

...
8. They prepare a new ICO for a "decentralized exchange". YUP. You heard right. They are preparing for a new ICO to raise funds.

I was wondering, if this might be EFIN? Same partnership, member-fee can also be paid with TPAY, high referral bonus, ...

Correct me if I'm wrong but I have provided evidence. There is something seriously fishy about them covering up their token sale. I might have to clarify on my "The only people that are defending TokenPay....." statement; I meant people who are actively defending any accusation being made against Tokenpay on Twitter etc. I'm not calling you a bagholder or anything.

No you're right, you did post evidence, twice, and I appreciate it. And you are correct: there is something fishy going on. I think they are trying to distance themselves from the term "ICO" in order to avoid special attention from the SEC, hence their backtracking and deletion of references to ICO. It looks like they never actually called what they were doing an ICO, but that doesn't mean it wasn't an ICO.

Oh my f***ing God. You are fucking genious. I never thought looking for the web archive to see ICOs endless promising. Is token  pay still promising the "most secure and anonymous coin" out there? I don't think they even implemented RingCT or forked it from monero. It is clear that token pay is a fucking joke and everybody should know that the project was an ICO scam that is still scamming newcomers.

LOL you forgot to log back into one of your "nimiq" name accounts.

This is another FUDpuppet that used to post exclusively in the Nimiq thread. Let's see how many more come out the woodwork.

Most scams projects are more in the crypto space than the real one and TokenPay might just be the one that join the group. There story as per this scam has become more persistent of late in the discussion around the crypto space

They are straight up lying. They have deleted all ICO related posts. The only people that are defending TokenPay are the ones that bought their tokens at ATH, hoping they can sell their bag some day without losing a ton of money (AKA TPAY soldiers).

That's bullshit.

I don't defend coins because I hold them. You're missing out on the fact that this threads 2 most vocal shitslingers have the word "nimiq" in their name. Take a look at their post histories. They are trying tangentially smear another project that has a deal with WEG bank called Nimiq. FWIW I'm not claiming that any of these 3 projects are not a scam, they very well could be, I just ask that people provide evidence to substantiate their claims.

You can believe whatever you want but I don't hold any TPAY.

We never conducted an “ICO”. We BARTERED our unique blockchain coins called $TPAY for one called $BTC. Nowhere will you find any suggestion lf an implied investment or offering of any sort. In fact every single page on the whitepaper and website states that the coin has no value.

Indeed. They always lie hiding facts about the TokenPay ICO. They sold tokens to the people but in the same time they premined 90% of coins. It is a fucking scam and people don't want to admit this. My question is why? The only reason is that they either have coins or have different agendas (paid shillers, etc.)

coin supply right now is 20 million. so it means that they premined 92.5% of existing coins right now.. By using POS, they mine even more. The richer get even richer! SIMPLE AS THAT. USE YOUR FUCKING BRAIN TO CONNECT THE DOT. you see like a scammer most likely promoting scams and shitcoins on bitcointalk as being legitimate businesses

All of your rabid ramblings have thus fair failed to present 1 piece of evidence that this project is a scam. Pointing to the coin's premine (publicly available information the entire time) does not make it a scam. Its a company. They are allowed to do what they want, just as investors are allowed to do what they want.

Crying SCAM over and over about anything without providing the smallest shred of tangible evidence as to why its a scam is stupid. Nobody believes you. Nobody is taking you seriously without evidence. Now try again, or just give up.

dude you should shot yourself of how stupid you are. tokenpay has a premine of 80% sent to one WALLET! bitcoin was 0.0001% premined. I see a difference betwen 80% to 0.0001%. do you see the difference

proof that tokenpay was 80% premined https://explorer.tpay.ai/tx/d360f6f0d0005480d3c02b08b63d8c18bddce2504d1a1f5f7dd098efe21773ec

18,750,000 coins from 20 million coin supply. PREMINED!!!!!!!!!!!!

The total supply is 25 million, but that's besides the point. TokenPay is a business and bitcoin is not. Its founders can do whatever the hell they want, and people can choose to invest in it or not. Obviously this information isn't a "secret" and you providing it here isn't "uncovering" anything. You're just fudding.

Like Nimiq or WEG, I really don't give a shit about the project. Its just annoying to see people like you create a flood of accounts for the sole purpose of spamming the forum.

good finding. i started t ofollow your ports nimiqshitcoin. you look like a person with great knowledge about all these scam coins out here. i  started digging about this scam named tokenpay. thankfully i didn't invest into this scam coin.

TokenPay was 80% premined. they premined 18,750,000 coins from 20 million coin supply  https://www.advfn.com/crypto/TokenPay-TPAY/fundamentals

proof that tokenpay was 80% premined https://explorer.tpay.ai/tx/d360f6f0d0005480d3c02b08b63d8c18bddce2504d1a1f5f7dd098efe21773ec

first transaction on blockchain - premined.

scam coin!

This project may or may not be a scam but having a "premine" does not necessarily make a coin a scam. There's shitloads of coins with a premine. Even bitcoin had a 50 BTC "premine." You are attacking this coin because it is connected to a bank that is connected to another coin you are fudding the shit out of. Like with your other thread about WEG, you're not providing anything substantial. Just throwing shit around. If you didn't notice, you haven't exactly accomplished much. The price of NIM has only gone up since you started your FUD campaign.

BTW, quit talking to yourself. Its ridiculous.
