You don't have to invest in any form. Start from something simple first, for example following a bounty. If you are ready for the next stage then you can make an investment.

It`s important to constantly monitor the market. It`s good to study the ICO on the lists and analyze what it is better to invest. Many have their secrets, all that is to find their own and try to accumulate capital)

The difference between tokens and coins is that coins have their own blockchain adn tokens do not have their own.

Tokens, Coins might be too stable (low) right now, and you always can exchange tokens.

It matters what do you really want to do with tokens/coins next: The difference between tokens and coins is that tokens don't have their own blockchain, they are based on a standard crypto blockchain. It is easier to be used, compared to coins, that have their own chains. Now decide what do you really want to make.

Token and coins are both good for investment.
But I can suggest that you invest on coins since they have own blockchains.
Tokens can be interchange with coins as well or vice versa.

And most importantly, I suggest too that you need to learn more about cryptocurrency before engaging on it.
It's not that easy to understand but you will get there once you have the foundation

Depends on your goals.
If you are looking for a really high profit - try tokens, but be careful as it is very risky.
If you are not ready to lose all your money - go with coins

As Vitalik wrote " Vitalik Buterin knows a thing or two about how to launch a cryptocurrency. At 23, the co-founder of Ethereum is widely considered to be an expert in the field, having written about the subject extensively before diving in and developing his own platform. However, Buterin is realistic about the prospects of the vast majority of initial coin offerings. Speaking at the ETHWaterloo hackathon earlier this month, he stated it should be an established fact in the cryptocurrency industry that most token startups will fail. Buterin estimates at least 90 percent are doomed."

Smiley So i think only invest in top10 crypto or realy good tokens  ( good ICO )

As a newbie, I suggest that you don't rush to invest in cryptocurrencies. You can learn a lot of trading skills from Youtube and invest again, which is very good for you!
