I tried to do the exchange for the exchanger and I have all passed without any problems , withdrawal passed instantly ... not such a convenient exchanger as Delta or IDEX but can be used as an alternative
I think nowadays exchanger should also provide fiat currency in it besides cryptocurrency. So traders will more convinience with it. Just my suggestion

I have finally received my Ether to my local account 13 hours after it was confirmed on the blockchain 
. Everywhere else it took only minutes last few weeks to deposit/transfer Ether so it got me worried, esp as no responses to my emails to support. Now I can say for sure they r a genuine exchange but just need to improve their service and esp support.

Does the platform have some sort of protective mechanisms from the big volatility that exists in the markets of crypto-currency?
