There in no hard date yet as distribution to investors is still to be completed then bounties will be dealt with. All this is very annoying and hard to wait but we don't have other thing except keep waiting and let the development team to finish and fix the issues whatever they are facing. Some rough date for distribution will be nice anyway.

The INCENT team are going to distribute the TOKES in the dashboard. Are they also going to distribute the tokes for the bounties in the dashboard of the ICO?

I think you have to ask questions via pm to get a very quick response from dev, it seems like it better than your post did not get an answer.

so let me clarify how this whole countdown the distribution came about to which you give 24 hours for the participants to submit their addresses. and now all of a sudden it depends to the incent team distributing the investors coin to be done? should they count again for 24 hours for that?

I just hope this silence will be worth the wait, I expecting the next post of the dev will be the Formal Announcement about the date of release of bounties. This is getting more exciting, people cannot wait anymore but there is no choice but to wait. 
It seems like if you scream or complain in this thread for a launch this token, I think you better asks for this in their slack, to find out when it will be distributed to the token to all participants ..and i think scream or complain in this thread its waste time , more better to join another bouty/campaign.

First task should be smooth distribution and then it make sense to talk about listing on any exchange. It seems there is no hard date for distribution so all these are just day dreaming. Things are going too slow than usual delays are understandable but silence and dragging time is not wise movement in cryptoland.
Yep, the longer the delays, any delays whether ICO-bought coins or bounty coins, the likelihood of extreme dumping due to loss of confidence.
