I asked a refund on 02/08 but no answer I'm scared to be fucked , anyone in this case ??

Send us an address.. We will club together for a tube of KY... it should make the experience a little less painful.

Yes I think you cannot expect a efund from Tom and you should look on the thread talking about future legal actions.

unfortunately, you're not going to get your money back.

Do you have more details about that ? They said they are gonna refund every customers

i'm sorry to not have anymore.  i was pessimistic enough to get my refund back in early December after the first delay and now i'm hearing of other ppl like you who are having difficulty.  sucks.

I would attempt to contact Tom directly, and if it's a significant amount of money, possibly pursue a legal case.  If you paid with a credit card, do a chargeback.
