Yes, those sites who has ico and investment plan they might be the best gambling sites. Nowadays, few exchange sites are also doing these and they are working as a gambling site by the name of an exchange site.

They have their chance, but they need to prove themselves so that people will know about them. I think some of the projects now change their strategy to make an ICO in the gambling industry so they can survive and they can get more investor from the gambling business.
I see many of them trying to convincing the investor by giving a reward as passive income if they buy the token so the investor can get more profit when they sell the token.
We will see what will happen to them and if that ICO success then I think the other project will change their strategy too.

LOL what should be the problem for a gambling site that offers ICO also?why not try to check EOSbet also on what is the progress of the project,giving EOS coin as dividends for their players and supporters is one best factor thats why they are going top now

Actually there is always agree and disagree thing when it comes to the best one. What people can do is to give their reviews according to them. Since we are in a bitcoin forum, I think it is better to focus on bitcoin gambling sites only. Those 10 best gambling site in the provided link are global gambling sites, indeed some of them accept bitcoin but most of them are fiat based gambling sites. Dont rely on the rating as well because rating does not represents the actual thing, it is hard to trust review sites as many of those review sites are providing paid review.

I do prefer this list rather than on the link you have provided with some other users which are clearly promoting unknown sites because of they are getting paid.

If you suspect any gambling platform is scam one you may report it to the forum DTs they will take care and trash them out by tagging them here or you can write about them on crypto review sites.
