Well there's still a lot to learn about Bitcoin and this top 10 list is a good read and to share to friends. I told my friend about #10 and he really wondered who did make Bitcoin, and he must be really rich now. In our country, Bitcoin is seldomly used for anything. It's not yet applied much here.
Lot's of users really want bitcoin because it is anonymous they can make transaction whenever they want i have a friend he is praying for bitcoin and i gave him bitcoin and he tell me that someone sent him bitcoin and he start to invest and trade it now he is my boss in bitcoin Smiley and i told him that it was me

It is a great history lesson to behold especially now to see how far we have come from it's mere beginnings of just starting at fifty cents per bitcoin.
Man I feel so very old now. Has it really been 6.5 years since it was created? Where has the time gone? Cry

This documentary (Bitcoin Gospel) is well-known and more than a year old and was created and broadcasted by a Dutch company.
Especially because Roger Ver appears in the documentary. In my opinion, there are better documentaries like The Bitcoin Uprising by CNBC (1) or Bitcoin; The end of money as we know it (2).

You can watch both on Youtube.

(2) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OHnfxRuYrGE

Here is a documentary that might  Wow you and your friends  Wink

6. If you lose your bitcoins they are gone forever

So, we will never have 21 millions of BTCs circulating on the internet. That means even more we will have less Bitcoins on the world. What I like about it, is that BTCs will become more and more valuable, probably the demand will surpass the offer, making little satoshis costs a lot.

But, the disadvantage on it, is that Bitcoin can decrease a lot its amount on a distant future, making this coin a ''relic'' of our time.

Top 10 Bitcoin Facts to Wow Your Friends

5. Bitcoin can now be used for almost anything…

Are you sure we can buy anything with Bitcoin now? Can you provide list of merchants I missing so many things to buy with it.

Try https://purse.io/ and buy anything on Amazon.com and even at a discount price over the price that are listed there. ^smile^ You can also use Overstock for some goodies or buy games on Steam with Bitcoin payment options. There is also a decentralized market place called OpenBazaar, with some good options. < Still new, but one to look out for in the future > So go to https://spendbitcoins.com/ and find the goods or services you are interrested in. ^smile^

Bro I Agree with your all Facts and Thanks For Providing them it will Help Newbies But I Don't Agree with you For One Fact Ad You said above that Bitcoin Transactions are Untraceable Because Anyone Can Trace Your Bitcoin Transactions On the Official Blockchain Wallet with your Address

The fact is it is traceable my friend but here the point is his name is not displayed in blockchain, many people have different bitcoin address if they use multiples address how can we trace that we send this many to this particular person, this is on of the speculation that is rotating in government mind. Because to integrate block chain nobody don't know who is sending the money and who is receiving.

Anonymous and untraceable are two misleading terms.
Bitcoin transactions are pseudo-anonymous
There is a lot confusion here.
People don't need to understand how bitcoin works, they just need to use it.
Same like VISA/MASTERCARD, people use it, they don't know how communication with terminal works, how its encrypted or not.

Just need to use it...

This is more like most known infos about bitcoin and mostly not facts at all or atleast the untraceable part. Also the others are quite known and really isn't somethin that will wow someone if I tell them and show this list of facts.
True, these list is showing the facts about bitcoin and for me it doesnt really make someone to be shocked on it or make them wow since they are aware that it would really exist anytime soon. The thing that could somehow to wow them is regarding on money transfer i guess.

The pizzaguy probably doesnt even regret it. He probably had/has tons more lol

Personally I feel someone who bought a pizza costing 25 dollars and paying now which is more than 7 million dollars would probably wish he payed for it cash. Regardless of how rich he is.

I don't think any single person know about real identity of satoshi/inventor of bitcoin. Nobody have mentioned that satoshi have shared his identity to some people before you.

....

Someone mentioned this (and it is not just anybody) ... quite time ago I've been reading through old threads and found this interesting post made by Theymos.
