I asked, and the admin confirmed a portion of PWC votes were false / new accounts.
Still has many votes, it's just since there was a lot of pumping going on last night, and after I saw PWC rise in votes, I looked into it out of curiosity.

always amazes me that these random alt coins from the last month or so are still here.
It will be interesting to see how things pan out, and how many more junk currency may be here in 6 months.
I believe people will be more and more likely to ignore future released cryptos, especially clones, unless they come up with something really amazing and maybe have some infrastructure laid out beforehand.

NO, because miners mine the most profitable at the moment, never the better.
