I think BTC and ETH can still take leading places in top. NEO is very promising one, I think it will rise up, it has a lot of advantages among others. May be EOS, I believe in this one a lot.
I think that the top 3 coins in 2020 will be Bitcoin, Ethereum and Waves. It is my opinion, because Waves has a really great technologies.
No one predict that which coin is top altcoin in 2020 but according to my opinion there are some coins such as TRX, ETH, XRP and the reason behind these altcoins are 1. TRX leaves the previous technology and now it is being driven by its own new technology. 2. Eth is more stable coin in market because of its demand and all the latest ICO's are using the technology ERC-20 which is developed by ETH. 3.XRP technology is adopted by all the banking sectors and will go to moon very soon.

In my opinion 2 years is not enough for Bitcoin to fall off the top. IT wil take more time for sure.
I prediction is that there will still be a lot of competition between bitcoin and ethereum, but bitcoin will remain at the very top. Now talking about the coin that would be the third is what i cannot vividly at this time, because the crypto space if full of highly competitive coins. So, any coin can take the third place.
I am trying to guess what will be the top 3 coins in 2 more year, say on 1st June, 2020.

Bitcoin, ETH, and BCH are coins that I think have excellent potential for the future. especially Bitcoin I see more bitcoin enthusiasts and limited inventory then I think the price of bitcoin in the future will increase.
i think that top 3 coins in 2020 will be btc, eth and neo or xem. BTC is the main coin and no sense to kill him. ETH - the most popular and useful coin after btc for ico community. Neo and xem will be the most popular platform for smart-contracts with big improvements in 2020 if goverment accept them.
From the big ones, I think NEO could go very high IF China finally decides do something with it or even without it because NEO is highly correlated with NEO and when China will start doing someting with crypto officilaly, it will skyrocket.
Undoubtedly the first places will take Bitcoin and Etherium. Since they are popular for today. But about the third currency I just can not say. Maybe NPSX.
for us, good altcoin that we hold in the long run especially, bicoin, Ada, and ethereum. because the future of three coins is also a good future that we use, so we truly believe that our altcoin is also easy to make our profit in the future.

It is hard to predict which coins will be the best 3, but i think Bitcoin will always stand at number one and Ethereum will be in second place, and in the third position is EOS. Honestly Bitcoin is likely to still be number 1 in a couple of years, there isn't any major reason why another crypto could over take it in such a short time frame. I still think the top two will be BTC and ETH respectively, and this may be followed by either XRP if it continues on a steady rise, or EOS if it manages to pull off its bg of tricks.
In my opinion, it would be Bitcoin, Ethereum and TON. This point of view is not original, but it is the most probable result.
