My vote goes for Cybermiles. Very strong team, worldwide reach, and partnership with the app 5miles (over 12 million users)

Just saw this article: https://www.forbes.com/sites/curtissilver/2017/10/03/5miles-launches-cybermiles-blockchain-project-to-decentralize-the-online-marketplace/#411bd4ae6d3a

I believe Heardbeats is a strong project. Pre-ICO starts tonorrow. They have a nice and clear white paper and website and the team is eager to answering questions on telegram. Seems like they are doing a great job to attract the first investors for the pre-ICo that gives a 50% bonus.

The project itself focuses on a VR experience for concerts. Especially for people that missed out on ticket sale for live concerts. This is a huge market given the high demand vs supply of those tickets. If they raise enough funds they will even develop their own VR platform. Look them up!

Based on personal opinion....I have a very strange top 3 pre-ICOs, some of which are fairly unknown but had a solid team and a promising product.

1) IUNGO.NETWORK - because I love the idea that there is something out there that can potentially break up this current oligopoly setup. We're too dependent on current internet providers, so much that they know they can fix a price on it and we can't do much about it.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2196784.40

2) KR8OS - the underdog I'm rooting for. Their platform is bringing transparency to advertising to legitimize ad traffic. I may be biased as I am familiar with advertising mechanisms, but I believe it's something the advertising world needs. We're so used to thinking ads are scams or can lead us to adware that we forget ads are just simply ads sometimes. Note I am employed here.

3) TOTUM - who wouldn't want to be paid for gaming? This idea is promising and I hope, as a gamer, that it really happens.

Leading Crypto Sports Betting & Casino Platform
We have a few lists of Best ICO's for November and overall Q4.

But pre-sales / pre-icos's usually offers a better deal on tokens.

What are you TOP 3 pics for presales?

I will start with:

1) WePower.NETWORK
Green energy trading platform. There are a few competitors, however execution of this team is impressive. They have a demo "platform", but it is not a _real_ MVP, just a mockup and proof of concept, but community support is tremendous and funding is plentifull.
UPDATE - pre-ico is over, ico in Feb

2) IUNGO.NETWORK
Global wireless internet provider. They are building platform to run a swarm/network of hotspots. Demo is available and if you have a compatible hardware you can turn your router to IUNGO router. They started just recently, but community is gathering quickly.

3) not sure ...
There are many strong ICO's, but not so many pre-ICO's. My expectations for pre-icos is to have a solid whitepaper, team of real people (with verifiable identities), at least some kind of uniqueness and/or usefulness of a token. MVP is not necessary, but is nice to have.

What I’m missing? Help me to fill no. 3

Bitclave and spectre.ai both were achieving a lot of amount at the pre sale and you can try to see about the fact that. both has so many people are interested in the ico sale. Thousands member of the telegram without any manipulation through the telegram bounty.

Looking at upcoming ICOs this month I recommend you check out Propthereum.io. All proceeds raised from their ICO will be used to purchase A-grade property worldwide. This will generate rental income and underlying value for the PTC token holder. This means the coin is backed by real estate, one of the strongest markets in the world. The great thing about this concept is that the coin will always increase in value.

Look at what is happening with REAL Markets, almost same concept. Currently trading at 3x below ICO price. Same goes to Propy.

I don't think its a wise idea to invest in REAL estate ICO.

I don't know about Pre-ICOs that much honestly because probably only half of the ICOs out there do it and not everyone does it. But from what i've heard Bazista is currently entering into the pre-ICO stage and you could take a look at them.

The thing is investing in pre-ICOs are probably way more risky than actual icos, even though you are getting a better deal since you don't know how the investors and markets in general is going to respond to the project.

There are actually too many ICOs that which still approaching, currently running or on sale and ICOs that are already circulated tokens and coins in the wild so this season - is very hard to figure out which ICOs are promising and has a good future and ICOs or Altcoins that are dying and already dead.
In my own opinion, I'm not interested on ICOs but I only think about top Altcoins and invest as early as possible.

I heard Hacken is doing great job. Allthoough it's being done by shitty Ambisafe and you'll deal with their shitty orderbook.io, they collected 2.7 mln in less than 24h.

Could you point to any ICO platform that works better? (don't mess with shitty ico scripts)

I'm not aware of any operational.

I am going to do some shameless self promotion, but the Librium EQL would be the missing addition to this list. Unlike many ICOs which have emerged over the past 2 months or so, Librium expands on a "real" existing product, not simply an idea, has an impressive team, and is backed by some be people in the space.

PreSale: Nov 8,  2017
Crowd Sale: Dec 8, 2017
