When was the last time you have visited their ANN topic? There is always a discussion or a conversation there. As soon as someone ask or writes something, there is always a response from a representative.
Also they always answer question in their telegram group. Their VPN is working (havent check it personally). I think you count them as dead, because they havent listed yet, even though bounty has ended long time ago. In the very beginning they have said, that their main goal is to create a product, and marketing/listing comes later. So far they havent raised the necessary funds for marketing and listing.
