There are a lot of good coin under $0.5. It depend on the fundamental. Here is I think good :
1. Stellar (as we know, stellar is one of old coin. It has it own network, and in this year the network will be used by a lot of ICOs. Lumenus is one of first ICO which using stellar)
2. Ripple (Ripple has a good ambition in their vision. They want to coverage all bank system with their network. Ripple also has partnership with a lot of big companies)
3. Bitshare (Bitshare with the fastest transaction then other coin has a chance to take a lead in cheap coin but very valuable)
4. Universa (Universa is a new token with their mission to build smartcontract platform which can handling huge transactions and just 2 secs for transaction. And now Universa will be used by many new ICOs, sorry I'm forget the name of what ICOs. You can search it on google. And the team is very seriously with their project. Team always update their progress)

Do not look at just the price, judging from the expert's predictions. if you look at the price. ethereum was not that cheap and coin that is successful today is very rarely people buy it at the price segitu but when very cheap but potential to reach the maximum point. I think the way you look for a coin potential in terms of price is a wrong thought and action.

My opinion these coins has the under going to $0.50 investment (Ripple, Bytom, BETR, LYL & TRON)
Why care about the price of a single coin itself when you can just divide it down or trade with different more divisible or lower value currency. I think hat in reality it's the total cap and circulation rate that matter more than anything else to all those coin's values.
If we are to contemplate today's stock market, there are too many options for us to face with a downward-looking market. It is difficult to choose between these options, it is much harder to make the best sorting. Make sure that the projects that are already beautiful or are lucrative coins / tokens on the forum will immediately manifest themselves through the issues. That's why it would be more useful to do research instead of getting recommendations.

There are number of coins under 50 cent but they are not that potential and can be purchased for short term investment like TRON, NEM, XPA and Siacoin. These coins can be purchased at low prices.
I do not see the point of being tied to the price of 50 cents, it is better to pay attention for coins that will give rise in the near future. I think that in today's situation in the market it is not necessary to take coins without analyzing.

Yes it could have a bad impact but if we compare the gain which is likely when bitcoin bounces back, you would see is better to buy low priced coin . Buying a potential profit coin in high quantity is better for me. I just need to wait and monitor.
There are a lot of Altcoin under 50 cents with great potential, but I only invest in the Altcoin in the top 100 CMC and not invest in the low potential Altcoin. Altcoins that have been around for a long time and cost less than 50 cents will not be my choice because I think it cannot grow fast in the future.

You can find them on coinmarketcap.com. However, do not rely on the price of any coin. If the supply is toooo much, then it is very hard for price to be double.
