really, HDAC has a team of highly professional and experienced, I think their products are also very appropriate to consider.

HDAC didn't report the amount raised during the whole ICO and it was really a surprise when they announced the amount of 15200 BTC raised during the pre-ICO and ICO. And what is interesting is that the bulk of this amount (14000 BTC) was raised during the pre-ICO and this is strange enough for me. Well, I hope it will be used effectively

As soon as there is accurate information about the second ICO phase, I will probably add them to the list (if they really have a working product).

really projects worth attention, but I'm surprised by the Cindicator, because its activity is bad enough. How can you be convinced of the real prospects of this project?

Cappasity is really doing well because of it's unique product and the dev team working in the team and even they have a plan to do phase 2 of the project so investors watch for it.

BitDegree product is not official and need more time to be release to public. But base on community, sale price, hardcap, i think this Ico project is number one for my choice on ico this month.

Thanks besides the ones mentioned, one other that might fit into the list is https://novablitz.com it's a game already on steam and with a mobile beta that's token based going to be POS.

participating in ICO with working product is very good. with increasing Scam ICO, It is better to do more research on any ICO before investing in them. Swissborg and Bitdegree is few of ICO I will suggest for any investor any day any time.
