You cannot really tell which of the tokens are the best. What I am currently doing is that I read their thread, and ask question to myself like:
Is their target goal achievable?
Is the tokens useful for end users?
Is their target niche market big or will they really earn through them?

After that if you have a good answers to this questions then most likely it is a good token, but I always look for this kind of token more so that I can minimized the risk.
for the three questions you listed, there are no projects left cause none of the current projects do real use to the end users, there is still a long way for these projects to the ground

from that question, i think we can asked by ourself because after read their project, we should asked to ourself is it good token for us? like above me said, there is still need long time to proof the token is a good one or not. for every token created, they must have a purpose why they want to create something different than the others, what they offer to end user by using the token. if you want to just make money from that tokens, then you can join with every tokens as investor and follow each of project journey and see how much profit you can make.

With all these new tokens being released what are some if your picks for the best ones?

Actually op, i have a pretty good number of coins in mind. But I think I’ll just mention a few that really caught my attention. which are nimfa, utrust, cryptogene and guts. I chose this coins because i see great potential in them. Brought to you by my gut feeling. Lolol. Which by the way, has never failed me. Nit even once.

The best token is the token which not in sec. And it is a utillity token like cindicator. Also the token with a very good ico phase. I mean the team can manage ico process in a good way. U can check cindicator. I saw it is the best ico process i ever seen

Right now there are soooo many airdrops.  They may not be the best but you shouldn't overlook them because they are the easiest (and cheapest).

I am having a pretty hard time keeping up with all the coins being dropped, but in general, I'm watching all the ones that improve upon proven income-generating industries - Real Estate, Lending, Crypto-mining, etc..

Many of the new coin / tokens are attractive and have relatively cheap prices to invest. for example Monetha (MTH) which is still cheap. And next year there will be ShareEstate (SRE tokens) to be released and their prospects are very promising.

The best cryptocurrency is Bitcoin.  The best new tokens should be the ones you plan to own.  Only buy tokens that after researching you believe in the project and know that it will have a bright future.  If you just buy any token without doing your homework, you can end up owning worthless tokens.

We are currently selling The CHEX Token - early stage with token discounts available until Oct 24.

Token has utility for a developed platform to power supply chain & b2b marketplaces. It's currently beta launched in the Cannabis industry, a nascent market with real need for it and growing user interest. Great team and comprehensive long-term approach. Please have a look, and we appreciate feedback comments:

I'm not convinced on Electroneum. They claim that a phone can mine 30usd of tokens a month. So if a million people downloaded the app there would be 30 million USD of coins mined a month??? it just doesn't stack up

The best ones are those with tangible team and project which they are not afraid to show their personal infos and faces online. Anyone can scrutinize them. The can present their platform and road map clearly and open  to all. Also, they must be updating the community whats going on with the project.Lastly, they can deliver a product that is profitable for the investor also to profit.

That depends on the market, I definitely pick those coin that already had a lot of the interest by people. In my opinion that will be not related to the crap ico, kyber, zrx and change ico they are all goods project in my opinion.

Don't go all in on those tokens that have no function, they are just basic useless contracts.
