that is because they need time to inject a trojan.
Thats possible , and i watching it for sure as it all looks a bit suspicious for now and there are some similarities with other things from the past Fake Anns.
Years ago there was already some Fake Anns that changed there Github files 2 weeks laters with Trojan and Malware files.
You know that you allways keep your eyes open in the Cryptospace especially when it comes to wallets.

Kheavyhash is not asic-resistant algo. This is algo for Asic.

Thank you for your contact. We're in the process of updating the codes and modifying the algorithm name to reinforce FPGA and ASIC resistance.

Is this just another Karlsen/Pyrin fork? Not being critical but understanding where you are trying to go with the algo.
