Xmrpoker is a fork of Torpoker. The two platforms don't share the same servers but they both work with the same open source app.

Yes exactly, the goal was to create a lightweight and safe anonymous poker game. Xmrpoker has no onion address but it is possible to have one with the rental of a private server.

It was decided to not mix currencies and I don't think "xmr.poker" is hard to remember ;-)
Crypto users have to know about Monero XMR because the altcoin is one of biggest privacy coin and it is very popular on exchanges.

If it has very different characteristics I think a new thread can be made, but if it shares the same characteristics and it is an update I do not think it is necessary, you have to make it clear within the platform. If you want to make it even more anonymous, using Monero is ideal and I think that is what is needed in casinos, a touch of anonymity, which, in the future, will be highly coveted.
I don't think that a new Announcement thread is necessary but no restriction to create it. Some gambling sites are owned by same owners or teams: Stake.com and Primedice.com. 777coin and BitVest. Bitcasino and Sporstbet.

If the team want to run two services with different games, features and not only different in the coin and network to be used, they should create 2 different announcement threads. If the two services are only different in coin and network being used, I think one announcement thread is enough.

To avoid high bitcoin transaction fees, it is now possible to play with Monero on https://xmr.poker !

i was expecting a different design and interface because the domain name is different but i open both torpoker and this site and found out that both are pretty simillar to each other .

i like how both of the sites feel because its seems verry lite/light but at first i thought the other one is only accesible via tor but nope because i can access it aswell on a regular web browser but why not merge the supported crypto on one site instead of making another brandnew site so that it will be easy to remember for the poker players .

There will be XMR version soon so it will be easier for people who wants to play with lower amounts but currencies will not be mixed.
After logging out, funds are transferred to the return address and then to start a new game it is required to start the deposit process again.
How about ZEC or DASH for the future?

Privacy Coins Market Cap & Dominance Chart and the Full List
ZEC, DASH and XMR are the biggest privacy coins and in the future, if your website expand to ZEC or DASH, I gamblers who care about their privacy would appreciate it.

By nature the best option for this is XMR, the other privacy coins are very good, but XMR has more movement, and I also think it is one of the alts with the highest survival probability. In the near future I am sure that they will negotiate a lot with XMR to guarantee some privacy and if it is about casinos it is ideal, because just as you can handle low volumes, with high volumes it is a guarantee, especially for lovers of the anonymity.

I love the idea. Kinda reminds me of the good old times of Directbet where you would deposit crypto to confirm your bet. Major issue currently is the tx fees and unreliable network delays. I assume you let players join the casino with 0 confirmation. Do you pay the withdrawal fees from your own pocket? If the answer is yes, then it could actually work. Good luck with the platform. still no player yet, a good idea if they running some promotion like a signature campaign here.

Signature campaign wont be effective for pvp games, the main problem of pvp games is to have some players at the same time. Other than that, it is a completely brand new site. It has low chance to get some players who are willing to make deposit to try the game. There are some other better possible promotion to be done such as freeroll or GTD tournament with low buy in fee with additional prize aside from the buy in.

I think that one doesn't go without another! Just freeroll and GTD tournaments need some marketing, how else can people see about the games and join? You need to visible, here and all other crypto places... nothing without marketing these days!

With the top coins, its very expensive to transact especially if you are just going to try this new gambling site and putting a small amount of money, that can match the fees are not that worth it so I also suggest to add other options like the good and cheap altcoins.

I wonder how this work without any registration and this make me more curious honestly. Can I use the same account if I go logged out or what? Totally clue less about this type of site but I’m sure its better for me to try it personally.

Well, I guess it will better end cheaper with XMR or some other coin that has low transaction fees! As Samcrypto says, moving BTC here and there every time can be expensive!
The site looks simple and easy, I didn't try it yet, but with XMR and maybe some GTD games I will think about it! Good luck!

Why not make it a website rather than an app? I think a website would be more attractive for people to try out because it wouldn't require downloading anything onto one's device which seems safer.
seems the application didn't launch yet, only on a website available for playing now.

my complaint is the captcha is extremely difficult
ive tried many times to login, keep typing the image letters wrongly. 10+ times before finally getting a readable text.
all small letter font. they use "l", "i" sometimes "j" together because that makes it so difficult.

unfortunately all tables were empty, so i had no reason to deposit.
and this is the issue everyone will face, so unfortunately like many poker sites - unless you can find some seed/house players to start the game, it will fail

And also, I'm not sure that I understand the name for the casino because am I right that it has nothing to do with TOR browser and playing there, but rather just refers to Tor as something associated with anonymity? Or is there some connection after all?
What's of course a big risk for such projects aiming at maximum anonymity is that one can be scammed, but perhaps some would give it a try because anonymity is quite attractive.

Pardon me if this would be a stupid question, but how can we all assure that sending funds on the BTC address you are showing would guarantee a no scam? Also, there are still frequently asked questions (FAQs) that needs to be published in the thread such as: "Is the generated deposit BTC address is random based on the session or is it a static address from the torpoker itself?", and so on. Making infographics about the overall system and even walkthroughs through videos would be a plus to your reputation, plus demo tests for just simply letting us have it try on-hand without risking any money.

Not to put a hate onto your work, but .0001 worth of BTC + the transactions fees is already big to stake on a newly published poker platform. Also, registration doesn't really mean that our identity would be leaked. There are tons of possible way to avoid some personal registration such as - the use of simple email registration (that can be a dummy/proton mail) plus a simple 1USD minimum deposit (on user's own torpoker BTC wallet). I hope you would take this suggestions onto considerations for your further improvement. Goodluck!

The graphics of the site is OK and the poker games are quite simple, but I don't see any welcome bonus for new player's who will want to try the site out?

The platform is anonymous and without registration so there is no welcome bonus.

Will there be an affiliate program for this site?

There is an affiliate program for private server rentals. You can use the contact form indicating where you want to share the link and the desired commission. The offer will be studied and a response will be sent.

About along time received into a return address? Sometimes the user must fast to return the games and only have available balance on that game, how much fee for that?
TOR browser had a slow connection, possible the user will log out every time and this makes extravagant fee also every deposit.

The game has been designed for tor network and sessions will not be lost if users are disconnected.

Which desktop app?, no released yet on Github. https://github.com/torpoker/app/releases some people don't have the knowledge to run it with python.

to avoid phishing better to put in TOR URL on your clearnet site, I don't see it on the main page.

So if the balance under 0.0001 BTC, will immediately transfer back to my registered address once quit the game? and how much fee?

The release was on torpoker website, this has just been published also on github.

There is a page dedicated to verify links: https://torpoker.gg/en/verify
It is possible to check the signature with torpoker's official PGP public key: https://torpoker.gg/en/pgp

If you decide to quit the game and balance is under 0.0001 then it will be lost, as mentioned on the website it is the minimum to be able to withdraw.
